객실은 노후화 되었지만 전반적으로 관리가 잘 되어있고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 조식도 풍성했어요.

깨끗이 관리되고 있는 최고급 호텔입니다. 실내수영장과 짐 무료 이용 가능합니다. 식사도 훌륭합니다.

A little old rooms, but very comfertable and nice. Hallway always nice at ShangriLa and lobby bar is quite good to be lobby bar. Small area outside. Great music bar in the basement with live music, dart and pool. Good location.

조식 보통. 중식당도 그닥 특별나진 않았음.

가성비 좋은 호텔로 재방문 의사 있음!! 룸이 크고 뷰가 좋았습니다. 건물 및 가구는 낡은 감이 있으나 잘 관리가 되고 있었습니다. 직원들 모두 친절했고 다소 개인적인 부탁도 잘 들어주셔서 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 프런트에 호텔 주변 롤빗 구매할 수 있는 곳을 문의했는데 Sylvia님께서 Delivery로 가능하다고 도움 주실 수 있다고 하여 현금으로 비용을 지불해드렸고 룸까지 물건을 보내주셨습니다. 다시 한번 감사의 말씀 전하고 싶습니다~!

전반적으로 시설이 고급집니다 조식이 훌륭하다고 의견이 많았습니다만 기준이 무엇이었을까? 의문이 들었습니다. 전 조식이 별5개중 3개입니다. 그외 시설은 5개입니다.

조식도 그릴 메뉴가 많아서 골라먹기 좋았고 위치도 좋고 방도 넓고 깨끗해서 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다

It’s at a very convenient location with walking distance to many places. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room was wonderful and spacious. Maids were prompt and wanted to eagerly clean our room daily. From desk staff incredible and welcoming. Pool was nice and male sauna and Jacuzzi were immaculate. Location of hotel ideal and hotel well appointed and modern. Price was very competitive and reasonable. We decided to add 4 more days! Such a great getaway. Thank you Shangri-La, this is my 4th SL property I that I have stayed in China and will be back again! 谢谢，我所有喜欢的喜欢的！
