Super saubere Zimmer, zuvorkommendes Personal, tolles Hotel, wenn man genau hinschaut mit den ein oder anderen Mängeln an Wänden, Ecken (außen). Tolles Buffetrestaurant! Großer Pool indem man auch schwimmen kann. Meer direkt vor der Tür. Viele Touren möglich.

Excellent location, nice rooms & excellent buffet. Staff were outstanding!

Daily contamination of buffet with birds bathing and feeding in buffet food and dining areas. Excellent staff could not control the numbers of birds that accessed the restaurant. I was offered no doctor or reimbursement after I was sick for three days. (I did not dine elsewhere during my stay). Excessive renovations and noise means most restaurants were closed. Spa was extremely low quality facilities.

Plaj havlu hizmeti çok kötüydü , plajda şezlong rezervasyon sistemi var ama anlaşılır değildi. Bir anda havlularınızın yeri değiştiriliyor. Havlu iade ile uğraştık. Bar servis hizmeti iyiydi plaj için. Temizlik iyiydi. Ancak restoran hizmeti çok yavaş ve ilgisizdi. Sezon sonu da olsa hizmet kötüydü. İnşaat seslerinde gün geçirdik. Kısa kalıyorsunuz diyerek odamızı bile değiştirmediler. Tekrar temizleyip verdiler . Temzilik iyiydi . Zaman geçirecek aktivite yok, masaj yerleri kötü başka bir alt otele geçip masaj ve spa kulladık. Oradaki masaj gerçekten hoş değildi buz gibi odada masaj yapıldı. Ama spa (tonic water) çok iyiydi. Genel olarak otel hizmeti çalışanlar yetersizdi. İlgisizdi. Ama konum çok güzeldi deniz çok güzeldi. Temizlik iyiydi. Pek mutlu ayrılamadık.

Personal sehr, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr schön. Abzug weil das Hotel noch im Umbau ist und noch nicht alle Restaurants offen sind.

All inclusive Gäste idealerweise mit Armbänder ausstatten und entsprechend die lästigen Schecks mit NULL-Betrag abschaffen. System überdenken.

The staff was amazing especially Abd El Hamid from housekeeping and Abd El Baset ( one of the chefs; he had Falafel prepared especially for me At breakfast), beach staff were brilliant. All staff were professional, friendly, helpful, smiley. Sea water was stunning, I had a sailing catamaran course with Mohamed Shaaban who was a genius. Thank you to all the staff and will definitely go back.

Super séjour tout le monde était cool , mention spécial à taher au restaurant breakfeast et Taha au bar vip super cool tout était bien je conseil à tout le monde même le personnel de la piscine et de la plage était cool…. Atef

Location is great. Beach & pool access. Great dining options, etc.

This hotel should have closed for the renovations and reopen after. - pool not heated or just by the sun - most waiters in the diner restaurant are stressed and unfriendly - reception of this Sheraton is complicated, was unable to accept a 20 euro note with a little cut to settle a 3 euro balance (They also don’t accept coins) - many personal eat also at the diner restaurant - generally fairly lazy employees except a few who work a lot Surprise that a Sheraton could be like that! I don’t had a feeling of the American management (maybe it’s a franchised hotel)
