I booked for 3 rooms. The receptionist didn’t allow us to get all 3 rooms. Instead, he insisted that all guests should be available on the same time we checked in, so I had to wait my family arrive to get access for the rooms

Staff were great, they made our stay a joy. Area around were so convenient. We will come back.

Room smelled like cured meat and I'm 99% sure the bed linens were not changed between guests.

Très vieux, chambres trop bruyantes, on entend les conversations des voisins à 1 heure du matin. Trop cher pour ce que c'est, trop vieux, il faut absolument une rénovation. Mais propre quand même.

I did not like this place is very dirty. The bed has lice, and the bathroom smells really bad in one night the changed my room three times because of the filth. This is the most disgusting hotel experience I had in my life I paid for one week and I had to get out of the place, next day I do not recommend it to anybody. The only thing good in the place is the staff they were helpful but helpless

We love the hotel! The service is excellent, the receptionists are professional and caring, the doorman is efficient. The ONLY 'complaint' is the signage for Careem and Uber drivers to find the driveway to the hotel is not clear from the street! LOL. Mapping Apps show the location of the hotel on the street, directly in front of the main front door....but that is no help to the hire drivers. Perhaps the hotel could put better signage on the street (in Arabic and English) to help drivers to find the front door! Otherwise- we love the hotel and the Italian restaurant has a limited menu, but everything we have eaten there over 3 different visits has been excellent!

Excellent hotel by every standard. I especially appreciated that parking was abundant and the bathrooms were comfortable! I will definitely stay here agai!

It was comfortable, the breakfast was like a cattle market and I felt it was disappointing. The evening meal in the Italian was very nice and I would go there again.

The businessmen lounge has been opened for me and brake fast . And the speed of the entry and exit procedure by the reception

Old furnishings, water stains on wall, super cold AC that cannot be adjusted.

Very old hotel. Very noisy at night due to close proximity of Main Street. Not a lot of food choices.

Not much amenities, website has wrong information about facilities. Staff doesn't know much.
