This hotel is decrepit --the walls looks like someone is biting chunks out of them, the bathroom is old and the tiles are all cracked. The ceiling is stained and you can see the drywall lines through them. Pillow and sheets were stained and when I checked for bed bugs, it looked like someone's crusty boogers were left on the mattress cover. No bed bugs but I did get several bug bites from something else overnight on my legs. The staff are extremely rude and will make comments about customers as if you aren't standing right there and can hear them. The walls are paper thin and you can hear other customers yelling in the halls and the AC makes a huge loud noise every time it turns on. We only stayed here due to a flight cancellation and needed emergency accommodation for one night but look elsewhere.

I live my Bluetooth in the bedroom and I call there serval times and i even went there they refuse to provide my Bluetooth

All went well and according to expectations. Shuttle service worked well, even as I landed after midnight.

The room smells terrible Old bathroom Room not cleaned

AC wasn't working. Front desk did sent technician quickly. The technician did fix the issue promptly, but the AC seems to be too old. I was not comfortable all night. Not a good experience. I will not be staying there in the future.

They overbooked their hotel and i was not able to check-in. They advised they will refund my card but refused to provide a receipt

Horrible experience. Booked through Hotels.com and they refused to give me a room even though it was paid for upfront. Air conditioning was broken as well.

Upon checking-in, the front staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the pool was not functional, and they advised us to walk across to a sister property to utilize their pool. In general, I would stay again, it was clean and safe with a great view of the airport. However, the bathroom felt dark and did not receive air conditioning like the rest of the room. This place needs some updates, but overall friendly staff and pleasant stay!

Front desk lady polite and helpful

Got to hotel and was told they don’t have a room as they do not guarantee a reservation and it’s first come first serve. They have cancelled the reservation and refund is coming but now we need to reach out to Travelocity to work through this. Really upsetting and a horrible way to do business.

Staff were very friendly. Lobby is beautiful. Room is very old and small. Bathtub was leaking and filling with water when I arrived. Phone in room didn't work at all (staff were aware of this) and the security latch on the inside of door was broken. Door has gaps on bottom and side that let quite a bit of hallway light and noise in.

Property was OK, not sure if I would stay there again.

Property is old and need lots of updating Area outside hotel is not very safe

The location was very convenient. I wish they offered continental breakfast, though.
