Very good the room is so carefuly and the staff is very Nice and very smart.

Good but parking is not good

Didn’t use the amenities as when we walked in the front lobby doors it felt like thousands of people, kids, adults everywhere. Seems like something was happening at the Center beside but it was overwhelming and even to come down to get a latte, we had wanted to sit in the lobby but we took it back to our room. The parking was a disaster to be honest - probably because of all these extra people for the event. I guess here in Toronto when there is an event they are typically in the event facilities. I booked the hotel last minute as we decided to stay over an extra night. Had no clue it was that close to the mall as well ( which added to the disaster). Literally stayed in our room the entire time as the rain left us little to do.

Break fast was poor in enghlish breakfast. Every thing charged if it was not in american breakfast.

Belle chambre, restaurant très bon et près de tout!

Great place to stay and enjoyed the executive lounge and club amenities. Hot tub in pool area had issues but otherwise enjoyed the stay.

Clean Room with all bathroom supplies. Coffe in the room. Top notch check in and check out at the front desk. I will stay here again while in town.

Belle hôtel propre. Le resto est bon et l’espace bar est agréable.

Amazing place to stay!

We had a terrible night, with very noisy neighbors who were likely part of a large convention that was being held. We called the front desk at 4:30 a.m. after trying to be patient all night. Someone came up to ask the guests to be quite, but that lasted 5 minutes. There was no follow up. We were expected to call back again. We checked out early, and were told there was no more that could be done, as our booking was paid through Expedia. Not what I expected.
