The duvet was dirty and something was stuck between the quilts. That was a very dark brown color. I’ve emailed the hotel and they have been unresponsive in resolving the matter via a reimbursement for the stay

The hotel is great with a very convenient location. Beautiful pool and nice sauna . Rooms good size . Only problems we saved are Terrible pillows And bad coffee machines in the room.

Great location comfortable rooms. The only complaint I have is that the corridor on the fourth floor where I stayed could use some cleaning!

Clean nice hotel however the bed and pillow are very low quality plus the curtains are not black out, couldn't sleep well. Over priced.

Really nice hôtel. Directly in front the carrefour laval which is +1. There's a little market inside open 24h if you need anything. Pool was really nice , with a hottub and 2 sauna. Really nice hôtel. Sleep well. As some said, here's some counter reviews : room was clean, i did not ear the autoroute sound (hotel in center montreal are worst). Staff was really great. 10/10 will return.

This hotel was amazing, the hotel and room was beautiful and clean, the hotel had a functional pool,hot tub, steam room and sauna wich was nice to relax to after a long day downtown Montreal. The staff were amazing and very helpful, there was a bar, a restaurant and a little snack shop in the hotel but it was a little pricy in my opion. Overall amazing hotel totally recommend checking it out!
