Lift and steam room not working.

All good apart from room was extremely hot!

Room was comfy and clean. Early checkin which was great as we had a wedding to attend close by. Breakfast was good with great choices. Definitely recommend.

Staff are always good. I find the rooms dark. In general need of a facelift.

Excellent hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were all excellent & very friendly. Breakfast & evening meal lovely. Only fault was 1 member of staff when checking in for which previous feedback was given who just wasn’t very friendly. But this didn’t spoil our visit & would definitely recommend this hotel.

Would have preferred more lighting and proper USB ports for charging

We asked for a standard room with a doble bed and we got a room with one doble and one single so we almost couldn't move in it. The unit had a strong chloride odor that was impossible to stand and the only solution that they presented was to spray the room with Febreze which made it worst. The lift was out of order but nobody inform us about it Not the best experience!!!

I regularly stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bar area is nice and food menu is good. Pool, rooms and hallways could do with refurb but are ok. Shower curtains feel old fashioned now and plumbing is often noisy. There is also a general lack of AC in rooms and fans are insufficient replacement. In general its fine, hence my regular return. One comment - car park charge of £7per night is extortionate, its not like they lack space.

Convenient location. Great value for money. Room had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

good hotel with good cleanliness

Very clean, very welcoming place, great that they sorted us interconnected rooms, pool and spa were a great addition. Breakfast was amazing too.

I regularly stay at this hotel and find it meets my needs. Gym is good and the pool is a bonus, whilst it is small and could do with a refurb, nice enough for a quick dip after work. (Gym staff provide locks and towels for hotel guests) On this instance I requested to stay on the ground floor as recent stays in rooms on the first and second floors and they were unbelievably hot. Ground floor room was fine and met my needs perfectly. Bar is well stocked and food options plentiful. Staff always pleasant and welcoming.

The reception staff didnt explain that the 20% discount food and drink coupon given to us does not apply to having breakfast. As a result we had to pay more at the hotel restaurant.

Not suitable for older pedestrians. Annoying lifts - always in use by staff and trolleys. Bath/shower difficult for older guests Otherwise excellent!!!

Reception staff Jenny was excellent throughout our stay, very helpful and professional, the room for three was fine and house staff did their job perfectly well. Gabby in the restaurant, where we ate on two nights of our four night stay was very personable and ready to converse with us Overall a very enjoyable stay, thankyou

Staff were brilliant and there were nice, clean rooms. A very pleasant stay!

Last minute booking, standard family room for 3. Room was a decent size, comfortable beds. Only thing I would change is a longer shower curtain so it fits properly inside the bath. Used the the pool in the morning. All the staff we encountered were friendly.

Staff very helpfulband apologetic for very slow service when ordering food and drinks.

Amazing reception, great gym, perfect breakfast, but no air con and pillow (both available) quite big.
