It was good experience staying in the hotel and their complimentary breakfast was also good. Overall infrastructure of the rooms is bit old and needs some improvement. One of the electrical panels besides refrigerator was not secured properly and could be a hazard for infants or kids. Refrigerator in the room was freezing everything down and should be repaired for optimum temperature.

Just one public electric charging is so inconvenience.

The staff at the front desk were so accommodating and friendly. Loved that the breakfast was available early in the morning.

The room was fine but the coffee maker seemed to be confused as it turned itself off but finally we managed to get it to work - took 10 minutes which was forever when you have to rush downstairs for the shuttle at 4:00 am!

Hotel clean and quiet - comfortable. Staff was readily available and helpful. It was such a short stay, but we would not hesitate to book there again. We were on a red-eye early flight. Appreciated the shuttle to airport (4:00 AM). Wonderful quick meal at Dickens Pub, in the same block, easy walk next to the Chevron.

Very late getting in to Victoria and they had an easy check in for us.

Convenient for early flights to the airport

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the texting option for questions or support. The breakfast is decent, with cold and hot options. A short drive from the airport and to the downtown and waterfront.

About 7 mins to the airport, there’s a full size fridge and stocked kitchenette. There’s a grocery store right next door for easy convenience too- Staff was welcoming and kind. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, we had neighbors who faught the entire night. I called the front desk 3 x as i saw they had a sign upon arrival that said there was an quiet time after 10 or 11. The front desk person said he came up and didnt hear anythijng but that would have been impossible not to hear these ladies screaming at each other non stop. I called 2 more times and again he came up and nothjng changed. I got no sleep and had a very long flight the next day to Nicaragua. The shuttle service was a great convenience and the free breakfast was just average. Room was adaquate for what we needed and price was good.
