Staff was good, room could have been much better. One bulb burned out in bathroom. Body wash container empty ? Toilet paper holder keeps pulling out upon usage. Breakfast was good.

Basic room amenities were either not available, or did NOT function. TV was inoperable. Bathroom sink was backed up bringing disgusting gunge to the surface, Lamps did not function. Unable to recharge cell phone...... obvious unrepaired damage to walls Staff was unable to correct after numerous requests for rectification. Extremely noisy environment throughout the night. Totally unncessary noise form adjoining and above suites.... Breakfast area is crowded , causing extended and unacceptable delays for simple meals.... We will not use this facility again. Nor will we recommend it to anyone.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times but guess on other end of it not sure if rooms were renovated or something but this time our room was so disgusting was dirty and smelly . Anyways I called make sure pool and hot tub were up and running got totes they were and when we got there after paint and checked in went to relax go back and neck in hot tub and it was cold the said it take 2 hours to warm up and never did . The next morning it was warm like a bath tub which was way better then night before . When k asks if we can just check out and have most of regundecen so can go else where as k really has sore back and neck that’s why I called make sure I was told no to bad basically . Later in evening the worker that was working was very nice she really was And she asked if anything she can do to help stay be better. Breakfast was good tho .

The room was in rough shape. Sheets were ripped and the bathroom wasn't super clean. The tub looked dirty and the door and door frame were dirty. The outer walkways were a sheet of ice and a hazard.

The room was dirty, linen dirty from the previous customer. I asked for clean linen and I had to change myself. All the personal smile but they do not do anything. If you want to talk to the manager. no chance. she can not be reach. I sent emails and no answer, irresponsible manager. Everything inside the motel is dirty. Lot of snow outside. Adrian

The hot tub was brown and the pool was freezing. My young daughter got an eye infection from the pool or hot tub. She also fell out of the bed in the middle of the night because the edges of the bed are angled towards the floor and cut her knee. I could everything from the people upstairs and there were kids running down halls until midnight…it was very loud and kept my young children awake. There weren’t any towels by the pool and even though we booked the room for 4 people, they only gave us 2. The fridge froze our food and cans exploded. The walls in the bathroom were peeling and bubbling. I also paid extra for a drive up spot on the 1st floor but there were snow piles along the entire hotel. There were cigarette butts surrounding the pool and one of my children stepped on some. The staff was friendly which is why I’m not giving this review a 1. Also the side door doesn’t require a key and I noticed homeless people come in and out.

Walks were not shovelled (it wasn’t snowing at the time), large melting icicles 3 to 4 ft in length hung off the roof edges, back stairway to the second floor (emergency exit) were not shovelled. The phone in the room did not work, tried to call front desk. All safety issues. Check in was at 3, long line up, one clerk, about 25 minutes to check in. Unruly young children yelling and running the halls (hockey teams) during the day and evenings. No batteries in the clock in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Old building- everything old! molding,smelly,broken doors,loud heater. Pool and hit tub crowded, cloudy/dirty like. Spend few $$ to book other hotel nearly

Sliding door on main level wouldn’t lock. Non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. T.V. Turned on but no channels.

It’s a cheap place to stay and you get what you pay for - it’s rough and everything is broken. First room the door didn’t lock, so had to switch and wouldn’t have known if we didn’t check. The pool and hot tub were closed down. Breakfast was fine. Unlikely that we would stay again.

Staff was very friendly and got there early and they let us check in

Staff was nice Room was dirty with a huge cluster of spider webs by the heater. The room was either hot or cold. Linen was dirty. The place needs some care example scratched up tub and toilet seat, fire alarm falling out of the ceiling, poorly patched area in the bathroom and etc The beds were comfortable but pillows were horrible

Room was disgusting- stained sheets, shower curtain moldy and hair in the bathtub. No parking. The toilet came out of the wall when you sat on it. Staff was unfriendly and unaccomodating but likely because they’re extremely understaffed and having to deal with endless complaints

Room was clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub were lovely, desk staff were kind and smiley. The only potential issue would be that the walkway wasnt shovelled - early morning fine, but it was after 10am. That's a liability in the making.
