Plane room

Another great experince, staff were amazing and location is perfect.

Hardly any toilet paper when we arrived. No cable TV even though the website indicates there is. We stayed 2 nights but there was no maid service for our room. We mentioned this at the front desk at 5:00pm but were told the cleaning staff had gone home. Disappointing overall considering what we paid for our room. The location of the hotel is the only positive thing about our stay.

I had a pleasant stay at the Waterfront Hotel in Burlington. The location is excellent, right by the lake, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby restaurants and walking trails. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a relaxing experience and I would consider staying here again.

Good experience overall

We’ve stayed here many times over the years and have never been disappointed. For us, it’s been great having a full-service restaurant attached to the hotel. Be prepared for $20/night parking, but that’s just the way things are!

Room was comfy and clean. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Location was so convenient as it’s walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants/bars, retail stores, and obviously the park!

This hotel offers patients who are having surgery or visiting the hospital discounts on their stay make sure you check in directly with the hotel or ask Expedia to reduce the rate that is posted if you are in fact doing a hospital stay. I am asking that Expedia refund some of our money to reflect that discount

Good. Needs improvement, the tub drain is clogged.

Breakfast was so disappointing, real poor selection, not even the usual pancake or waffle. One choice of egg only (garden quiche this morning) boxed cheerios. And let's not talk about parking, 22$ per night. Good view, but no balcony to enjoy it. Good location, but i was more satisfied at a super 8...

Excellent locations... note the walls are thin but it appears management is addressing this issue.

Honestly, for the price, this place delivers. The room was in good condition, and the mattress was surprisingly comfortable — I had a solid night’s sleep. Simple setup, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. If you’re looking for something affordable and decent, this is a good option. Good value for the money. Would stay again. 😎

Could be cleaner with stains on carpet, shower curtain and toothpaste stains around washroom mirror. Fitness room was very warm and cramped. Free breakfast was terrible serving premade eggs, pancakes.

wasn't informed about paid parking... and the mattress centre was broken . sent the night rolling in the middle of the bed.

The property is in such a great location, right on the water and within walking distance to absolutely everything!! The staff are so friendly, Estevan is always so welcoming and makes sure your stay is a pleasant one. He goes above and beyond by also making sure to provide the best room location when requested. Always enjoy my stay at this hotel, highly recommend
