No sirve bien el Wifi, no limpian la habitación, falta de mantenimiento, sin luz en los pasillos

The room was nice, the hotel itself needed some maintenance. Staff was somewhat friendly. Door locks were stiff and had to "push" with some force to open doors.

We were greeted by a friendly and welcoming lady. Room was immaculate and quiet. Bed very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we need a hotel in this area.

This place was great I really like how everything was closed by. So peaceful I really enjoyed my time there. I will definitely stay there again.

Hands down the friendliest staff and we had a great room. The only thing that wasn’t great was the Trolly service to take us to the Cowboys game. It came an hour late. Everything else was great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room and public areas. Had to ask to have room cleaned. Seems staff didn’t understand “can you please come back in a half hour”, and it ended up room was not serviced for five days. We did decline the first cleaning on day two, but not day four. Shuttle to ballpark was really appreciated

Great place for a three day weekend to six flags with extended family. Room was large with a kitchenette and full size refrigerator. Staff was friendly, breakfast was decent.

For a first time stay at this hotel, it wasn’t a good experience. After I checked in, we discovered that we were placed in a handicapped room, meaning there was a shower chair and handrails in the shower. When you turn on the shower, the water went on the floor. We turned the shower head toward the wall and as shown by these pics, water still went on the floor, causing a risk to fall. Asked to be moved and the lady working the front desk said my profile was coded for handicap. I showed her my profile to show it was not. Stated she had to talk to her manager for which she never did. As a result, we had to keep asking for towels to get water off of the floor after showering. Also the ice maker didn’t work. The sofa bed was hard and the double beds, you could move the mattress with your knee and beds were not comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast consisted of croissant sandwich of bacon and eggs, diff style of eggs and boiled eggs and waffles. As a diabetic and having an egg allergy, tried to eat cereal and milk but they had c

Rooms had all amenities needed for an extended stay. Excellent location to restaurants, games, 6 flags and shopping

Great Hotel

Bed was overly firm. For a handicapped access room, the sofa bed was not handicap friendly as it was rather heavy to open and access. Cleanliness was fair as there were some clothing items left from previous customer (dirty socks on the sofa). Overall, decent.

Stay was great, however waited about an hour to an hour and a half after actual check in time to get our room. It was a bit of an inconvenience especially when traveling about theee hours to get there.

Everything was perfect

Hotel was in a convenient location midway from the airport and Fort Worth where we had a couple of events to attend. Great shopping and dining in the area. The room was clean and we loved the kitchen. We would definitely stay again when in the area.
