Don't ask for handicap room safety hazard the whole bathroom floor and part of room gets wet. Sadly, I called immediately and was changed to regular room

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They offer really nice service and helpful! It all started from the airport transfer , they sent an amazing driver for us . I had a fantastic experience with Miguel ! He arrived exactly on time, navigated the traffic smoothly, and made me feel completely safe the entire ride. The car was immaculately clean, and he was very polite. So he became our tour guide.. This guy is incredible, he took us everywhere also he very knowledgeable and knows all the best food spot !!Highly recommended if you need a reliable, comfortable ride! Also a big shout out to Hugo at the front desk !! I told him it was my girlfriend birthday and he remembered n sent a cake to the room it made us felt loved !!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this great hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. This hotel is great, and its location offers the convenience to easy access walking or public transportation to local attractions and restaurants . Our transportation drivers/tour guides were knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. The breakfast was excellent, and the facilities were well-maintained. The restaurant employees were amazingly dependable, cheerfully helpful, and extremely pleasant. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again. We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends and to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

This is a beautiful property with a great location. The is a Rey grocery store right down the street that really came in handy. The on site restaurant Lila was delicious. The Concierge David turned this from a 5 star to a 6 star property

Breakfast was very good, staff are very helpful and friendly

Great customer service very nice lady cleaning the room, always wished me and leaving “have a good day notes” and keeping the room super clean. Her name is Dalia! I will certainly return to Renaissance Hotel 😀

The Staff at Renaissance Panama City is exceptional. Everyone was incredibly warm and friendly and willing to help especially David from the front desk gave me great recommendations for excursions and dining

Breakfast menus was good. Not so much variety. Adequate ! The rooms needs refurbished. They furniture looks old and outdated. Shower was rusty not such a powerful water flow!

staying at the Renaissance Hotel was amazing the hotel is beautiful the area is safe from the front desk to the kitchen everyone treats you like royalty I had a fabulous time I enjoyed every moment a big shoutout too the entire staff of the Renaissance hotel keep up the great service thank you for everything

Cleaning of rooms may be improved, specially bed linens change, at least every other day. Trash bins would be more hygienic if used with disposable bags.

Had no AC for 3 days and was promised compensation which we never received.
