Superläge! Lite eftersatt och det luktade kraftigt avlopp i duschen. AC verkade inte funka. ”Dubbelsäng” är egentligen en Queen. De har tydligen bara Queensängar på hotellet (enligt receptionisten, när vi bad om att få en king eller två twins). Annars hjälpsamma, ett superbra läge, bra frukost.

Excellent location and a good hotel, simple but fulfills most requirements

AC did not work whatsoever and rowdy crowds at night made opening a window not much of a better solution. Sleeping was very hard every night because of this.

Clean room, great staff, and perfect location

Been to this hotel a few times over 15 years, sorry to say the rooms are a little tired. My room door door needed slamming to activate the lock. Bit warm and being city centre didn't get a great sleep outside noise and banging doors. Staff fantastic and breakfast and bar really good

I was staying for a meeting and the arrangements for that were very good. Friendly staff, large room, right in the city centre. Pedestrian area at the front but taxis can access. Don't be put off by the decaying Novotel sign, the building has been refurbished.

Staff extremely friendly and room was nice enough. Relatively cheap cost and in great location to see the sites of Ghent.
