Le falta mantenimiento a la habitación, la puerta del baño es de madera muy pesada y no cerraba bien. Sugiero poner más botellas de agua, solo había 2 pequeñas por día de estancia y no teníamos frigobar

Dos problemas. El primero ser debe a la calidad de las almohadas de las camas, almohadas desinfladas, sin soporte, planas, deformadas, aplastadas o con relleno insuficiente. Y el segundo problema es que ofrecen un 20% en el consumo de las primera ves en los restantes y no lo aplican. Luego de reclamar me dijeron que debería “ haberlo informado al mesero”, pero ellos NUNCA te dicen esto al darte “ESA PROMOCIÓN”. Lo senti como una estafa y ellos no quisieron ampliar este descuento .

Como siempre las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el problema por 2da vez es que en la recepción te ponen caras, te atienden de mala gana pésimo recepción, en esta ocasión en el estacionamiento NO había valet parking, nadie recibió mi camioneta ni bellboy, mi arribo al hotel fue a las 11 de la noche pero al tratarse de un hotel RECONOCIDO debería existir el personal suficiente para atender cada área.

All the staff was top notch, Friendly but not intrusive but making sure you were fine. The hotel is a classic of Mexican architecture and the rooms are spacious. Btw, the only thing that was amiss was heat. Nights in Mexico City can get chilly and there was not heat! That would be my only complain. The food at La Huerta restaurant was so tasty and the waitstaff was always helpful. Thank you all for your kindness and politeness.
