Great location, great staff, nice amenities, room was a little tight for a deluxe room. Overall nice stay, comfortable bed, just the space could be a bit more open.

Good location, friendly front desk staff. Room was small and a bit dated. Bathroom door could not open fully as room so small. Very nice but In need of an upgrade.

A charming, well-appointed, perfectly-located boutique hotel with excellent, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. Be sure to book a dinner at the restaurant, as it is an incredible experience. Easy walk to all the major sites and shopping, and only two blocks to the bus stop for the train station makes it so easy for day trips (Ghent, for example). Large, comfortable room (separate sitting area and spacious bathroom). Why stay anywhere else in Bruges?

Wow. The staff, location and our room was absolutely amazing. We were fortunate to get a room on the top floor which included access to the rooftop patio overlooking the rooftops and the bell tower. We took advantage of the steam room and sauna which will be reserved for your exclusive use when you reserve it. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
