The hotel is in a prime location with easy access to Nanjing road, new world, right above a metro station. The best thing about staying at this hotel is you don’t have to line up for hours for the famous park hotel butterfly bread, as there is facility to order it to your room!

Located at center of Shanghai, the hotel is a landmark and a celebrate to the city. I have stayed before and will surely stay again. Nothing to complain.

the building is beautiful, I had a little incident, I forgot my phone in the taxi car, I went and talk to the manager in charge and he went far and beyond, helping me with Didi and the driver to bring back my phone. I totally forgot his name, but he was the front desk manager at the night shift. thank you for your help.

The hotel itself has a slightly old-fashioned style, and there is a faint aged scent, but it is well maintained and equipped with thoughtful features such as a heated toilet seat, which adds to the comfort. Overall, it is a pleasant and convenient place to stay, and I would definitely return on my next visit.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations, it's clean, cozy, and convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or question.

Room was extremely dirty and there were bugs coming out of the drains in the bathroom. Front desk did nothing about it, 0/10 rating for this hotel. I will never go back
