Room was extremely dirty and there were bugs coming out of the drains in the bathroom. Front desk did nothing about it, 0/10 rating for this hotel. I will never go back

This is one of the three famous historic hotels you must stay in Shanghai. Though it may not as modern as other name brand hotels, its historic elegance and long lasting landmark and once the tallest building in China for many years will give you the best memory of Shanghai, the pearl of east China.

Very helpful staff from the front desk to house keeping. The breakfast is truly exceptional, with its seemingly unlimited variety and high-quality offerings. And the best location in all of Shanghai!

The front desk staffs are so friendly, let me feel warm to stay. Also 礼宾部 ，Especially Ms. 伍 helps me a lot for how to use my phone to get some local Apps and Oder Didi Ride. Even though the hotel conditions need to upgrade, but I am happy for staying this hotel with many restaurants and shopping areas around it.

Room was clean. The maids were exceptionally polite and friendly. Breakfast was worth the value. The staffs at front reception area were standing around didn’t help the leaving guests to handle or carry luggage’s down the front door steps.

This is my third time staying at the International Hotel since returning to China, and this time I stayed for six consecutive days, gaining a deeper appreciation for the consistent and thoughtful service here. As a returning visitor, the breakfast here feels especially welcoming—whether it’s the juicy xiaolongbao, freshly made noodles, or steaming wontons, they all bring back the familiar taste of "home" from my memory. Enjoying such a breakfast every morning in the bright and cozy dining area is truly a delightful experience. Moreover, the staff at the front desk and in the lobby are always warm and professional, making every interaction reassuring. This unwavering quality of service is exactly why I choose the International Hotel time and again.

Stort, fint rom. Dusjen var fantastisk. Hotellet ligger ved Peoples Park (Nanjing Road) og ikke der den vises på kartet på Hotels.com. Metro (som går til flyplassene) og shopping i umiddelbar nærhet.

Reception desk is very professional.

Would like to have some options to have dinner inside the hotel, breakfast was good. Hot water was not great.

二つの空港直結の地下鉄入口が100mで便利。しかも浦東空港から7元(約140円)と格安 一つだけ残念だったのが、お湯が出るまで時間が掛かった点です。 次回も利用したい良いホテルでした。

駅前で交通の便も良く、買い物も観光にもアクセスが良かったです
