Chambre correcte, mais l’insonorisation laisse à désirer. On entend clairement les pas du voisin du dessus, les conversations dans le couloir ainsi que les bruits de la rue. Difficile donc de parler de chambre « insonorisée ». Parking à l’extérieur de l’hôtel, un peu contraignant.

Größe der Suite, WLAN und Lage waren top! Eigentlich alles super, nur Kleinigkeiten könnte man verbessern. Für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert.

Petit déjeuner bien.. le lit est confortable. Le canapé-lit pa vraiment… la suite est correct un peu cher pour l’état général.

Great location just above central Cannes. Convenient car park just behind which cost us about 10 euros for an overnight stay. Just don’t drive anything tall! Massive suite worked well for us as a family of four, really comfortable beds and views from the 4th floor over some of Cannes sights too

Das Hotel erfüllte meinen Spezialwunsch. Ganz herzlichen Dank hierfür! Die Lage ist sehr zentral! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem! Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und lecker. Parkmöglichkeit ist ganz in der Nähe!

We love everything about this property except it was a little bet noise coming from outside cars going by the doors needs to be adjusted I think and also I want go mention Svetlana was amazing very helpful and super nice thank you

Staff was very accommodating with storing our luggage before and after check in/out. They were great with local recommendations! Easy walk to train station with luggage, sea/port, restaurants and stores, perfect location!

I originally picked the property because they advertised that they had a private beach only to find out when i got there the hotel no longer had a contract with the private beach. Extremely disappointed because i should have been told this prior to my stay that the private beach was no longer an option. False advertisement because when i booked in February the beach was available now in July when I'm checking in the staff informs people that the hotel has a new owner and the private beach was discontinued three months ago. Will not be coming back to this hotel. For the positive the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to everything .

Loved the location for many reasons: quiet, safe, proximity to restaurants, train station, shopping. Offering nearby parking (for a fee) The room and amenities were good. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

My room had a strong smell. The room was in an obscure location, next to a utility space used by hotel staff. The staff kept a service card parked in the hallway that impeded the ingress/egress to my room. When I first arrived, the shower had no shampoo. They only provided a bottle of hand soap that was placed in the shower. It's also right off of a busy highway. Not good.

Séjour mitigé : - personnel de ménage très agréable et hôtel vraiment propre, avec un esthétisme très sympathique - néanmoins, premier jour d'arrivée : on ne me demande pas comment je vais et on me fait signer beaucoup trop rapidement des documents comme si c'était chronométré. Une ambiance très froide directement qui m'a donné une mauvaise impression. Ensuite, on ne me prévient pas que le lendemain il y a des travaux dans la chambre d'à côté : ça a duré de 11h à 17h... Ce n'est pas convenable quand on vient dans ce type d'établissement... Absence de cafés et d'eau avec une machine HS. Merci à la gouvernante d'être intervenue ensuite car ce n'est pas convenable pour un 4 étoiles je trouve. Pour un rapport qualité-prix final, j'ai été assez déçu honnêtement pour une telle chambre et un tel tatif, je suis quelqu'un d'honnête et de transparent donc je dis ce que je pense avec des faits vécus. Néanmoins, j'ai apprécie la qualité des lieux et la vue proposée.
