Oda temizdi, ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şeyi düşünüp koymuşlar , personeller çok kibar ve yardımcı oldu , taksim metroya 5 dk yürüme mesafesi.

I stayed for 8 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Staff all friendly and helpful. Nazife how cleaned our room was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean. I would only recommend that for breakfast the hot foods should have warmer. And if possible a toaster would be nice. We did not use gym or swimming pool but check them and it is pretty nice. Location is good 3 minutes walk to Taksim😊 good restaurants near hotel. I recommend this hotel and will go again.

das hotel ist sehr Zentral vor allem was mir sehr extrem aufgefallen ist war das es wirklich an jeder Ecke im Zimmer sehr sehr sauber war ! weiter so :)

Good proximity to Taksim square. Air condition was poor in one of our rooms and staff were unwilling to acknowledge poor A/C.

Good location for easily walkable distance to good restaurants

Unfortunately, I put my wallet into a safe box including 31*100 USD =3100 USD and went out for breakfast from 08:45 till 10:00 When I reached my destination Dubai today I saw they robbed my money and changed those notes to 30*1 USD 30 USD Please consider this matter and contact the hotel management

The locations is great. Many very good places to eat nearby. Room well appointed, clean, beds very comfortable, nice large shower. Good breakfast and staff helpful. Taxsim Square very close, great shopping, walkable.. Yes, we recommend this property.

Hi) I booked this hotel because of spa and swimming pool. And it didn’t work, all my stay, 5 days( very disappointed

there was no swimmingspool. We booked the hotel because of the pool. Normally they should inform us before our departure. it wasn't a 4 star hotel, must lower price when it's needed swimmingpool . lots of noise and dust in the room. They only insist on SPA because we have to pay? we will never return to this hotel

Kann nur sagen, dass es sehr wirklich laut ist. Falls da jemand länger bleiben will, würde ich jetzt nicht empfehlen.

Friendly and professional reception! I was able to check in early and I was made to feel welcome! The Breakfast buffet was inviting and the chef was warm and welcoming even though we had a language barrier. I enjoyed the experience and will be back!
