les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, le personnel accueillant et aimable. dans un quartier un peu excentré mais facile d'accès grâce à plusieurs lignes de bus qui s'arrêtent juste devant. le service de restauration est sympa, la terrasse est très agréable qui donne directement sur la piscine qui est plutôt une petite pataugeoire. Le quartier est agréable avec beaucoup de restaurants et commerces. Je recommande plutôt les chambres en étages élevés à cause du bruit de la rue. L'hôtel est directement sur la diagonale.

Excellent accueil, petit déjeuner très variés avec des produits frais et pour une grande part de qualité servi par un personnel très dynamique et disponible .Hôtel très bien situé avec tout les magasins au alentours et un accès au transport en commun ou taxi facile. Par contre,nous avons rencontrés un problème très désagréable au niveau des odeurs dans la salle de bain non résolu après 4 jours et nous attendons le remboursement partiel promis par l’intermédiaire d’Expedia .

The staff is extremely courteous, especially the restaurant in the 9th floor. The property location is optimal as all the city attractions area nearby.

Beautiful neighborhood and very comfortable room for three people

Had a great stay. Things didn't start out well, but the front desk manager who I dealt with on the second day of our stay really went above and beyond to rectify our concerns. I'm just sorry I forgot his name (early shift Jan 2). Beakfast provided complimentary in response to our concerns was excellent. The restaurant staff offered superb service and I definitely would recommend this great breakfast overlooking Barcelona’s rooftops. I also want to shout out Expedia customer service. Mohit dealt with things very promptly and professionally on my behalf as we had to run off to a preplanned event just after check-in.
