We could hear and feel the metro under us. The concierge told us that we could change rooms the next day, just not our first night. But we slept really well so we just stayed in the room the whole time. We were the only room on the first floor so I can’t say if the rooms above had the same issue.

While not the busiest area (which helped it be quiet), there were plenty of eating places close, and within 3 blocks were entrances to 2 metro lines which made getting anywhere in Paris a breeze! The staff was awesome, everyone was friendly and helpful. Their breakfast (which we had to buy separately) was really nice and perfect for our needs, and reasonable (for Paris…). The best part was as temperatures climbed, the air conditioning was excellent, way better than other name brand hotels we’d previously stayed at this trip. The room was “cozy”, but we managed and the bathroom was a nice size. We feel we got an excellent value, and with so many choices, we made an excellent one!

24 hour front desk and baggage storage, staffed with nice, helpful people. L'Occitane products in the bathroom. Big, soft, fluffy towels. Daily housekeeping. Quiet room (could hear the Metro, but not overly loud.) Great dining options all within a block. Huge breakfast with pretty much anything one could ask for (eggs, sausage, beans, waffles, brown bread for toast, croissants, butter, jam, yogurt, cold ham slices, cheese slices, all kinds of coffees--and this is just what I remember. It seemed expensive, but I spent the same at a cafe, so this was a great value.) This hotel was a great deal in a great area in the great city of Paris!

Nice hotel near metro, which is a bit noisy, but i was too tired for it to bother me. Nice lobby, very clean room that was refreshed every day. Great big soft towels, bed very comfortable. Shower in a wet room, not ideal.

The hotel staff were lovely and very accommodating. The location is excellent in terms of being close to attractions like Montmartre but it does take around 15-30mins via subway etc to reach the more touristy areas (Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, etc.). Otherwise as two female travellers we felt very safe. We didn’t use the breakfast service or anything but it was offered which was nice. The rooms were a little tight but clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Room is cosy and the staffs are very kind and friendly. We were staying on ground floor. The window’s soundproofing might not be the best. We could hear a lot voice from the street like cars and people talking. But overall is good.Apart from the soundproofing

Walkable to the stores, restaurants, etc .. The reception staff are helpful.

A equipe do hotel foi muito gentil e atenciosa conosco. Voltamos tarde alguns dias, e eles rapidamente abriam a porta. A região do hotel é maravilhosa, perto de tudo.

The place is excellent, breakfast is so good, they have different choices, delicious, staffs are great very nice and helpful. Definitely me and my wife will stay again.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff is very kind. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures — very cozy and comfortable, with a small balcony and a bathroom that, although tiny, had everything we needed. The breakfast was decent, even though it was served on the underground floor. The main issue during our stay was the temperature of the room, which was far too warm. We arrived at night and were too tired to go back downstairs and ask the receptionist for help with adjusting the heating, so we ended up sleeping with the windows open. Unfortunately, since the room faced a busy street, the noise kept us awake almost all night. The next morning, we asked to have the heating turned off, and they told us they had done so, but over the following two nights, we still had to sleep with the windows open and continued to have trouble sleeping because of the noise.

We had a lovely time in this traditional hotel. The staff were kind and welcoming. We Didn't want to leave.

Muito bem localizado, o hotel é confortável e tem um bom café da manhã. A equipe é bastante agradável e educada, ficamos muito satisfeitos e fomos bem recebidos e tratados. O hotel, assim como diversos outros que já fiquei hospedada em Paris, é pequeno/estreito, com elevador pequeno e que pode demorar um pouco para atender o fluxo de hóspedes. O quarto é assim também, mas bem decorado e arrumado. Ficamos em um com sacada e foi ótimo. A única observação que faria é sobre a disponibilidade de fontes de luz. Achei bastante escuro à noite, não conseguia enxergar muito bem no quarto.
