We loved that this hotel is practically across the street from Grand Central! Loved the Irish atmosphere too! We had breakfast in the little pub/restaurant which is adorable. When we couldn't figure out how to cool our room down, maintenance came very promptly and made the adjustment. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was steps away from Grand Central Terminal. We could travel all over the city in moments. I liked the Irish vibe in the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, a little worn and dark decor but fine for a place to crash after enjoying Manhattan. Nice clean, modern bathroom. Staff was helpful and accommodating. I really liked the gym around the corner that’s free to use when you stay here—nice touch. Good location. Not bad for the money.

This is my go-to hotel when I stay in the city and I love it. The rooms are spacious and clean, service is friendly, and it is a convenient location. My only small issue this time was that my room on the 2nd floor was directly over the outside area of the Wheeltapper Pub and I could hear the conversations. Not a big deal as I was out for most of the night but if I wasn't, it would have been very distracting.

The rooms need to be updated. Clean but worn and tired. Front desk staff is great. Very friendly and helpful.

This is my go-to place when visiting NYC. They also were able to easily accommodate my room request to stay on a lower floor.

Rooms small and tired. Service was poor. Room service tea never arrived. Fridge did not work.

The checking staff was fabulous and very helpful, even going the extra mile to let me check in early

Check in at about 3:30 pm after being told to wait for an hour by a unfazed person at the reception. My VIP treatment continues when I am assigned a ‘deluxe’ room one floor up overlooking 44th street—lights traffic, and all. In room, bed is too soft. Paper tissues are not top brand.They fall apart as you use them. There is no body lotion. The coffee is bland even when I use both pouches. My first trip out to the pharmacy for Kleenex and some seraph with a stop at Starbucks. All this for over $360 a night!

Pleasant small hotel with excellent staff. Lots of little cafes and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Short walk to 42nd street crosstown bus and to subway lines at Grand Central Station.

Generally good to excellent for the rate I paid. But no clock in room had to use my phone or turn on tv to get time there was no pen nor pencil nor writing paper. Had to request. Staff helpful friendly professional

This is first and foremost a friendly hotel. The service is excellent whether it be serving you a drink at the bar or helping you find a taxi. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The location is very close to Grand Central.
