We had a great stay and wished we could have been there for more than one night! The team were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful giving directions and booking a taxi for us on the evening. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Location fab; lots of parking; excellent bar; good food. There we’re renovations taking place so it was noisy but that was to be expected albeit we were not advised in advance!

Enjoyed the scones and tea upon arrival! Great dinner and breakfast options. Clean, quiet, spacious room. Fabulous trad session in the pub that evening.

The staff really make this hotel . Fantastic service from start to finish. Beautifully located, overlooking the water,great breakfast, complimentary scone and drink on arrival, lovely pub and easy walk in to town. Rooms airy and very comfortable. Looking forward to returning in the future.

We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with a sea view, and it was stunning. Nice interior, clean, super nice staff.

We were visiting the location to go for food at the 2* Michelin Dede at Customs House. The hotel was located in a good location for the restaurant.

Hotel staff kindly took me to a separate room. The area around the hotel may not be popular tourist spot, but Baltimore Beacon is worth for visit. Seafood dinner at the hotel restaurant is highly recommended.

The room was huge and spacious, and the bed was very comfy. Staff, service and breakfast was great. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the room, we found a cockroach in the bathroom and a couple of beetles in and around the room.

We had a lovely nights stay. Great parking for our motorcycle and the room was super comfortable. It's an easy walk into Baltimore for dinner, which we did.

I loved everything and especially Ann the owner! Only one flaw! I didn’t know we were not in a room in the hotel but an adjoining annex a little bit up the road they called the lodge. It was large, comfortable and clean but I was disappointed it was not on the hotel ground or in the hotel. I think when booking one should be told if not having the option to stay in the hotel itself.
