Lite stök för ögonblicket pga renovering av en del rum men ett väldigt trevligt hotell på promenadavstånd till gamla stan. Väldigt proffsig personal. Ett hotell med klass. Extra plus för pool ute och inne.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Rooms clean. Hotel staff were lovely and friendly. We ate in the hotel restaurant a couple of nights and the food was great. Easy walk into the old town or if needed taxi was just under £6 euro.

Das gute zuerst: die Lage war richtig gut, tolle Aussicht wenn man oben ein Zimmer hat Alles schon sehr alt. Habe zuerst ein Zimmer bekommen, dass nicht der Buchung entsprach. Anschließend habe ich ein neues Zimmer bekommen, das nicht sehr sauber war, Shampoo schon angebrochen war und der Duschkopf fast auf dem Boden hing. Da fühlt man sich nicht wohl und hegt Zweifel, ob da jemand nach einer Duschnutzung nicht gereinigt hat. Auch der Boden war dreckig. Jedoch war ich müde und wollte nicht noch mehr Ärger. Am nächsten Tag wünsche ich mir einfach eine Reinigung. Diese wurde jedoch nicht wirklich ordentlich ausgeführt, auf dem Boden lag immer noch Dreck und Haare.

I’ve previously rated this hotel 5 star. Slightly less this time. Most staff were very friendly and supportive, but some were not. One lady on reception, and some in AQ35. Also despite visiting in late September heat, there was no option to have poolside drinks/snacks. The menus were on display, but the hotel would not serve anything! Why display menus if you won’t serve? Small details like that do matter. Having said all of that, overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Quiero destacar la calidad humana de todo el equipo, aunque las instalaciones no defraudan. Hotel cómodo, tranquilo, limpio…

Un groupe de collégiens était à l’hôtel et nous avions notre chambre dans le même couloir qu’eux…ça courrait et hurlait tard dans la nuit et mon conjoint a dû aller les faire taire ! De plus, nous devions avoir une boisson de bienvenue offerte par personne (programme hôtels.com) or il fallait aller au restaurant à l’extérieur de l’hôtel pour en profiter…offre déguisée…pour inciter a manger dans ce restaurant !

Muy cómodo y confortable. Buena la opción del parking porque está un poco lejos del centro pero muy a mano del centro de exposiciones

I wish the garden that could be seen from my room had been restored. When I was there last year, they had started working on it and it was somewhat disappointing to see that work had not yet been completed. Pleasing hotel surroundings are also a part of an enjoyable stay, and this garden certainly had a lot of potential.

Albergo molto bello, camera spaziosa e accogliente, bella terrazza e bagno molto grande e accogliente. Gradevole il bicchiere di vino di benvenuto. Unica pecca, mancano le ciabatte di cortesia in camera.

En general la experiencia es muy buena, es el tercer año que repito hotel.
