Staff were friendly and courteous. Concierge services were excellent. Hôtel itself was clean, comfortable and well positioned. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.

Door didnt Work we had to go down Manu times. There was no hoy Ester in the shower, we could not have a shower.

terrible smell on every floor. Old carpet smell. How this Hotel can be rated 4-5 Stars?! Staff is very friendly, they can do nothing about this smell.

The hotel Christmas food stalls and outdoor experience was festive. Central location to the Christmas markets makes it worth the higher cost.

The hotel was in a great spot, with parking and close to Christmas Markets

The location in the old town is great for walking, however the streets are closed during the Christmas markets so we had to wheel our luggage a few blocks to the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The propery is a bit run down and in need of refurbishment. Our bathroom sink was cracked, the vanity had a gash in it, the carpet was worn and the towels were a bit dingy and scratchy. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Hotel has an excellent location with an easily accessible parking lot in front of it. Walking to most attractions is less than twenty minutes.

Stationnement étroit devant l’hôtel mais bonne réactivité du personnel pour nous faciliter l’accès et l’arrivée à l’hôtel. Réception et personnel tres sympathique. Un bel hôtel de la chaîne Sofitel.
