A beautiful luxurious hotel with exceptional staff, wonderful taste and design breakfast and dinner , a place everyone must visit. 100% recommend. Thank you Ritz ,we really enjoyed our stay at your Hotel.

The staff were all courteous and friendly and we were made to feel special. Nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day make no difference..it got worse..robes were removed and not replaced and I had to call about them.. The worst happening was on Friday when we came back after hours outside and our room was cleaned but smelled horrible like somebody had used the bathroom and run out. It was so terrible we had to run out and ask what had happened in our room. Also the receptinist lady just walked in one of the days even we had a sign on the door..she looked surprised making an excuse that was totally off saying we had not left the room in 2 days even we been out all days and room was cleaned daily. I stayed in the Ritz several times in the past in a junior suite or a suite last time in 2019 ..but this time I noticed details that make the hotel less than than a 5 star expect the personal that is alway the top. Also receptionist Noa or something was excellent absolutely the best. I hope the renovations ll not destroy the iconic look of the hotel.

Top notch service, friendly staff, amazing food and cosy atmosphere

Just stayed the one night but was treated like royalty. Faultless and the little cake they left as it was my birthday was out of this world. The experience has ruined all other hotels for me, forevermore.

I recently stayed at The Ritz London, and while the building itself is magnificent and speaks for its own grandeur, it is the people who make the experience extraordinary. The front office team were outstanding — especially Angelina at the front desk, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for a memorable stay. Every interaction throughout the hotel’s gilded halls was gracious and seamless, making the entire visit feel special. Didn’t feel well after the Afternoon Tea, so the evening was short and night not so good. A bit of traffic noise outside didn’t make the night better…

Le personnel était fantastique. Du portier au concierge à la personne qui fait notre check-in , au personne qu’on croise partout dans l’hôtel. Ils rendent vraiment cette expérience incroyable ! On a l’impression de faire partie d’une famille mais aussi de la royauté. Ils se souviennent de votre nom, vous donne des conseils. C’est difficile à décrire tellement l’expérience est folle. L’hôtel est superbe. Les moins recoins sont magnifiques. Vraiment superbe. Je pense déjà à mon prochain séjour à Londres. Difficile de penser à un autre hôtel une fois qu’on a fait le Ritz.

Outstanding!

An incredible property and the most comfortable room ever except it was hot - apparently due to renovations in process. What really made it amazing were the friendly, kind and attentive staff with ready smiles who were so welcoming and eager to make our stay the best. An example of the incredible service is we had some delicious sourdough toast leftover at breakfast and we asked to take it with us. They took it away and we waited - we finally realized they had packaged it up and already delivered it to our room!
