The air conditioner gives it the 5 stars for me tbh. Great stay overall.

Tolle Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof – ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber, zweckmässig eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir für eine Übernachtung benötigten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

gute Lage, Hotel ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch saubere, zweckmässige Zimmer, Frühstück zweckmässig, von der Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist Wasser auf den Parkettboden gelaufen. Lage top, direkt beim Bahnhof.

It’s right next to the train station so that’s really good. The room is big so that’s nice but the bathroom shower water backed up because they don’t clean the drainage. It flooded into the floor of the bathroom.

Pluspunkte: - ganz nah am Bahnhof - und trotzdem ziemlich ruhig - Sauberkeit. Minuspunkte: - Teilweise unhöfliches Personal bei Rezeption und Frühstück, das schnell aggressiv wird - Sehr bedenklich, dass weder Käse, noch Fisch oder Joghurt bei sehr heißen Temperaturen (drinnen und draußen) gekühlt wurden. - Einfach viel alt und nicht besonders funktionstüchtig; wie etwa die Klimaanlage, oder Klotüren, die man nicht schließen kann (nicht nur nicht zusperren, sondern wirklich nicht schließen). In Summe: Es lässt sich gut aushalten, aber der Aufenthalt ist eben nicht über 240€ pro Nacht (inkl Frühstück) wert.

Staff were super helpful

Conveniently located a short walk from the central train station and a metro station. Breakfast was good - lots of options. Comfortable beds. We had a nice view from our room. Do not count on room service in the evening. We were advised to order food using Uber Eats since it would take too long for us to get our food. Housekeeping left our window open a few times. All in all, we would stay here again.

The common areas of the hotel are dated and a bit stuffy. The room was wonderful; large with a nice sitting area, two windows providing fresh air, plenty of cabinet space and a large, recently renovated bathroom. Located right next to the train station made this hotel an excellent base to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The sauna is small and may not be worth the additional cost. We were very comfortable; I would definitely stay here again!

Well located, interesting decor, spacious room; unfortunately beds & pillow were hard & uncomfortable & the room on the top floor despite windows was really warm.

Property has a very good location. I was able to park in front of the property and there is a big train station close by that connects very easily to the main tourist places to go to. The staff was very kind very professional and very helpful. I truly recommend this place.

It was a very nice hotel. It has a charming feel very swiss. The front desk employees were nice and the hotel was close to the train station.
