Perfect location for our purposes. Easy access from I4 and FL Turnpike. Breakfast buffet with a variety of options. It was nice to have housekeeping service every day…something we have not really had during any of our travels since the pandemic!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and a few days the staff was great room was great def would stay here again

The entire stay from checking in to checking out. Staff was friendly and courteous and I want to stay there every time I go back to Orlando

Flour bugs in breakfast one morning

This was our second time in the property, close to Universal and interest points, for the Price it is a Good option, they could improve the breakfast, offering different things, everyday is the same for breakfast. Parking for free it is a plus

We've stayed at this hotel several times during the years.The location of the hotel is ideal if visiting Universal theme parks. Our bed was comfortable and the staff was superb. The only negatives we found this time around, was breakfast. The scrambled eggs were tasteless and coffee was not strong enough for my taste. The toaster was very slow and did not heat my tiny bagel properly. We ended up having our breakfast

Super convenient if you're visiting the Universal parks. The staff was very friendly. The pillows and beds were comfortable.

Front desk very helpful

Like: 5 minutes from Theme parks. Room was very clean. Dislike: Breakfast. No fruits, no yogurt, no choice of low-fat milk.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking. The room was very comfortable and close to Universal Studios. The breakfast was decent.
