The first 2 days the hot water heaters had failed, good job getting units back in-service, also gave discount on room rate for the nights.

We could hear everything through the walls. The pull out couch was tiny. There was not hot water.

Very quiet and the staff was helpful and respectful.

Loved the room, spacious and clean.

The concierge was incredibly helpful and the service was wonderful! We’ve never been to this hotel but my family and I would definitely go back. Special shoutout to Allanah for incredible service and support!

Water leaked on our bed in 319 from room above. Had to move rooms to 421 and 421 smelled terrible. Had no room service for a three night stay. One night was thru Fairfield. P

Convenient location! Great breakfast! Several eating places nearby!

We went for an overnight trip for my grand niece's baptism and it was so neat and clean. Lovely property.

Everyone was extremely nice. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great breakfast.

The lady in the breakfast room was anazing

I was charged 103/night online through Expedia (before taxes and fees). I paid in advance. My receipt states room price was $90.82 (before taxes and fees. I think I should have been refunded the overage. Other than that it was good.

Very clean. Carson is very nice. Check in was easy. I am used to receiving a bottle of water on check-in. Also, i have one suggestion. All tubs should have at least one grab bar for safety.

The front desk clerk was personable and helpful. This location is quiet and close to many restaurants and less than half a mile from a large strip mall. The breakfast choices were plentiful.

Dry neat and comfortable

Booked easily, checked in quickly, room was comfortable, breakfast is included, WiFi is free, quiet area, and I got a complimentary cookie and lemonade on my way out.

Neat, clean and a value! The staff was excellent and professional.

We only stayed there long enough to sleep and move on. The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. We’ve stayed in several hotels in that area and I would consider this one slightly better than average.
