Beds were clean and comfortable, outdoor pool was very clean with nice outdoor furniture. Only issue with our room was the tv screen was partially not working so couldn’t see the whole picture and the bathtub drained VERY slowly leaving me standing in ankle deep water. Also the ground floor level (G) had an unpleasant smell but our floor (3) smelled fine. Breakfast was good, just wish they would have filled the eggs back up. They were all but gone at 8 and breakfast doesn’t end until 9. Overall a decent stay. I’d give 3 1/2 out of 5 :)

Great hotel and excellent customer service

Always very kind, pleasant staff. If I had to complain about anything..I would have to recommend they put the ashtray receptacles away from the front entrance to the hotel. It’s disgusting when I have to walk through 5 construction guys smoking and hovering near the door. One other thing is the $40 dog fee. I remember when we weren’t charged anything for our 2 dogs. We have a very small dog who causes no problems and think $40 is a bit high.

The entry was great along with the staff, but the room felt dirty with spots all over the walls. The trash on property was overflowing. The laundry room was out of order. It was close to Wal-Mart and a ton of restaurants was the only pro.

My family needed a stop along our 16 hours drive and chose this hotel for the price. Very nice front desk ladies. Wish their pool was indoors for the kids to swim but that’s on me for not looking (pool wasn’t opened yet). We actually were there when bad weather approached and the front desk lady was very calm and comforting to all and especially my family and I. We took the kids under the stairway and she brought out pillow and blankets for us. Overall, it was a good stay and a good hotel for a night if needed.
