Was a nice holiday with my wife. The people working there are very friendly and always with a smile in their face. Very quiet, clean, good atmosphere for a family.

Food was not eatables

6th time there and still love it but food isn’t as nice and really quite expensive now, beautiful location and staff

The staff at the Warwick Fiji are second to none!! Extra friendly & helpful with huge smiles at all times. We stayed in a renovated room, it was lovely, roomy & clean, & air conditioned too.The food was great, especially at the Steakhouse & Wicked Walu. Beautiful location for swimming in the lagoon, lots of trips to take part in or relax of you prefer. We went in scholl holidays so the adults only pool was a haven from out of control children but did notice the activities staff putting on heaps of things to keep the kids entertained. The hotel also held a moving ANZAC ceremony attended by the local police. Would absolutely stay again!!! Bula!!

We love the Fijian people who are warm and welcoming. Can't wait to find out back. The Warwick would not be as good if it wasn't for the staff.

Hotel location is in very safe place and all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Next time again want to go there.

Beautiful resort, nice restaurants on site.

The staff were the best we have experienced anywhere. Kind polite and extremely helpfully. The property and the facilities let down the staff and all their hard work. The property is extremely dated and run down. We were there for 4 nights and on the first night the bed colapsed while we were sleeping on it. Had to wait 30 mi utes for a repair guy to come fix it. Next day we got locked out of our room because the batteries had died on the door. Next day a picture fell off the wall. I also got badly cut in the pool stepping on a broken tile. The food options were quite basic and ridiculously expensive. All these negativesvwere made bareable thanks to the amazing staff. For what we paid, it wasnt worth it at all. It was made worse hearing how little the staff get paid and how much money is just funneled overseas.

My daughter got married at the Warick, the staff are very friendly and helpfull. Special call-out to Rosa on the front desk, what a beautiful human she is. Went over and above to help us. Also Alipate and Peni, who dressed as warriors for the wedding and were fun to be around. We all feel like we have made some amazing new Fijian friends. Will definitely be coming back.

Well priced and lovely Fijian experience

The people and overall experience was excellent! The grounds were beautifully kept and the activities were varied and engaging. The rooms definitely need upgrades, which were in progress, but the staff did a great job keeping them fresh and clean despite the condition of the room infrastructure so once the room upgrades and construction is done Im sure they will be 5 star!

Have been coming here for many years even before it was warwick. Have always loved the place and truley enjoyed the relaxation that comes with it. Have made friends with many of the staff over the years. Last year hotel quailty had dropped with 1 of our guests getting food poisoning from the hotel breakfast. This year was a nightmare. Contacting the reservation team before arrival was terrible as they refused to reply to expedias email or phone calls. I was forced to call internationally due to weather delays so that they wouldnt cancel the entire trip. Booking extensions became horrendous, even when we werent asking for any refunds for the 3 days we were delayed. They ended up charging us the price for 4 additional nights for only 2 more. We spent one day in the room waiting for management to contact us about the change with no contact at all, (after we had been asked to wait for their phone call). The hotel staff suggested we fraudulently contact our travel insurance for the rest of the money. When this was pointed out the guest relations manager (who had been ignoring us) Mereisi Makutu (who to begin with would not tell us her name or provide her business card) became aggressive & assaulted me, which lead to hours at the local police station and hotel staff scrabmling to delete their security footage. The breakfast buffet has declined dramatically in quantity. Broken equipment not replaced and most food already spoilt. The wicked walu was the highlihighligh of the stay

Grounds were nice. Great spot to swim and snorkel and relax. Rooms relatively spacious. Did not get the beach front room we paid for. Also did not get the VIP deals as advertised via Expedia. Staff were reasonably friendly. Tranfer taxi from the hotel was expensive. Food and beverage also expensive basically Australian prices. Average stay this time compaired to a grrat stay previously.

Ein großzügiges Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass der Pazifik Tide hat, heißt, das Wasser ist immer mal wieder weg. Das Hotel ist sehr ordentlich, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen und wird zurzeit sukzessive renoviert/saniert.

Lovely during low season

Rooms and facilities very good. Issue was with staff not issuing the correct band that entitled us to lunch dinner until two days into our 5 day stay. We ended up out of pocket and they refused to refund that part of our deal.

The only part that was disappointing were the restaurants...we were a bit of a large group. By the time everyone else had eaten and were paying, my order hadn't come out yet. Just had it packed up to go. This would not stop me going again if the chance came up. Everyone was wonderful

This was my second stay here and would highly recommend to anyone. Amazing staff, amazing food with an authentic Fijian atmosphere.
