My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay! The staff and accommodations were great. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Our review of the hotel is excellent. From the moment you enter the hotel until the last day (and we stayed for 12 days!!!), everything is magnificent. The treatment of the hotel staff, from the doorman, to the waiters, to the restaurant, to the bar, to the housekeeping personnel, was exceptional. The cleanliness and condition of the facilities are excellent. Different flowers appear in the lobby every day, and the hotel smells enchanting!!! Breakfast was always very good and of great quality. The bar offered excellent service, and the Brunello restaurant is one of the best in the area. The chef presents gourmet cuisine dishes that are a feast for the palate and the eyes. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, beautiful property and excellent service

This is not a Hotel, this is not just an experience. This is "home" with the most friendly and courteous staff that always goes beyond and above. The amazing breakfast with music accompaniment (I even got a chance to play a duet with the harpist). Our stay will forever be in our minds and our hearts, and we are planning to come back as soon as possible. Thank you Bagiloni Regina! Ciao...

Fantastic place to stay if you want to go see the historic attractions of Rome. Centrally located fantastic property. The breakfast is unreal. I couldn’t recommend it more.

歴史あるホテルで豪華。目の前がアメリカ大使館で治安は良好。最寄駅まではゆるやかな坂で6分程。歩いてトレビの泉やスペイン広場まで行ける。ロビーはさほど広くないが、豪華な階段があり雰囲気が良い。朝食会場はビュッフェに近い場所はレストランのようなテーブルだが、ラウンジでも取れる。ラウンジは非常に豪華な作りでハープの演奏があることもあった。メニューはビュッフェ以外にも卵料理はメニューから無料で注文できる。ターンダウンサービスもありハウスキーピングは丁寧な印象。部屋には瓶の水がスティルとガス両方毎日余るほど置いてあるので、旅行中水を買うことはなかった。ドアマン等は毎回挨拶してくれて気持ちが良い。

Superb property, staff, location and offering.

We had a wonderful stay at the Baglioni. The property is beautiful. The spa is relaxing. We loved the area, which is right across from the United States embassy, and we walked everywhere. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the Brunello bar and restaurant; the food was innovative and delicious. We appreciated the personal service! Can’t wait to come back!

Un service irréprochable que ce soit dans l’hôtel ou service de chambre. Des employés très gentils et une bonne nourriture. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très complet avec des aliments sans gluten variés. Idéal pour les malades cœliaques. Dans les points négatifs,il ne faut pas prendre les chambres côte rue. Les fenêtres ne sont pas du tout isolées et il y a du bruit comme si on était dehors. Infernal la nuit. La chambre est vieillotte. Les meubles de la salle de bain sont abîmés, la salle de bain est petite avec des toilettes à côté de la baignoire. Pas pratique. Le dressing manque de rangements. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Donc c’est plus un 4 étoiles qu’un 5 étoiles.

Ao realizar o check out, recebi a cobrança das estadias. No entanto, as estadias já haviam sido pagas.

Otel temiz, personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı, kahvaltısı olağanüstü - hem çok fazla yiyecek çeşiti var hem de bütün yiyecekler taze ve lezzetli. Ancak odalar küçük, kahvaltı odası penceresiz, geve oturup kahve içilecek bir lobby yok. Bar ve barmenler güzel ama küçük ve oldukça soğuk. Yeri hem şehir merkezine yakın hem onun kalabalığından uzak, biz çok beğendik. Dilek

Very good hotel in Rome

Even though the room was “remodeled” it had obvious signs of unkept wear and tear. Broken lamps, hair in tub, stains on walls, chipped furniture.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff - very friendly and attentive - breakfast is world class and the dinning experience from ambiance to quality of food was top class. location close to almost all attraction in Rome central.

Excellent hotel. Walkable or short ride from most attractions but yet quiet. Great service and amazing breakfast. Great concierge help.
