We really enjoyed our stay! Even though it was only a quick overnighter as we were passing through, we loved using the site amenities – the hot pools and mini golf were fantastic! The Family room was spacious and suited our needs well. Really great customer service. Very friendly staff and a prompt response when we had room access issues. We could hear a little road noise, but that was remedied by closing the bathroom door. The room mini fridge freezer didn’t freeze our freezer bricks & ice cubes overnight, which made our food storage a little more challenging. Would definitely stay again :)

This hotel is an absolute gem!! We stopped on our way back from the snow and it was fantastic. The kids loved it and the restaurant was fantastic

Staff make you feel welcome and like your an actual human, not just a number to tick off a list. Food is amazing as well

Very disappointed in the state of the bathroom, shower had mould, very slippery shower floor (I nearly felt) light covers were filthy...all of them, bathroom door was rattly and hard to slide open, toilet door handle was loose, dust on the bathroom blinds... very outdated bathroom

Reception staff was excellent. Resort facilities were excellent - sadly too cold to use that amazing looking outdoor pool. Great location

We booked here because of ev charging. There are 4 chargers in front of rooms and were given one of these rooms. No problem charging overnight. Staff very helpful. Spacious room.

Rooms have lots of space to move around, staff were very helpful and check in and checkout quick and easy process. The room itself was very outdated, wallpaper on walls was falling off the wall, air conditioning old and not split system. The bathroom also outdated, but functioning. Ok for a basic stay but not suitable for long stays as you start to get tired of looking at a old wallpaper. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, gym, games room and restaurant but again all outdated. The buffet breakfast is a bit misleading, you get one hot breakfast only and then all you can eat cold breakfast ie. Cereal and pastries. The hospitality is there but the whole place just needs a refresh.

Great property, but considering it had Foxtel, a larger TV would really complete the package.
