Beautiful ocean view from my room

You could see the ocean from our room everything was clean

Buena atención, el problema fue que para reservar pagué una noche por medio de la aplicación y cuando llegué a hospedarme me dijeron que el depósito no se había hecho y yo ya tenía hasta los códigos de expedia, me cobraron hasta la noche que ya había pagado, y al final no solucionaron nada, no realizaron devolución…

La ubicación de 10 Atención de recepcionistas de 10 Vista de la habitación de 10 Las camas de cinco (pésimas , muy vencidas no son cómodas por que están vencidos los colchones ) todo lo demás es excelente

Lo malo: habitación en malas condiciones (detalles en ventanas, mobiliario, cortinas), ruidosa interna y externamente. Lo bueno: limpio, ubicación y nos apoyaron con entregar la habitación poco antes del horario establecido. Mala relación calidad precio.

People were lovely and the hotel was super convenient to the Museum of Art, where I was in an exhibition (only 3 blocks!). The room was fine and the view was phenomenal, but the street noise was hard to block out. No water pressure in the shower. Also very close to truly amazing restaurants - in fact, I did not have even a mediocre meal in Mazatlán - delicious and sophisticated! I would have chosen another hotel but I managed to get a last-minute deal - frankly, no complaints - it was fine and Mazatlán is fabulous with lots of arts and culture.

The rooms were clean, the location good and a nice bar for happy hour cocktails.

Location of this hotel was the best part. Our ocean view room on the 3rd floor was spectacular. We sat out on our little balcony enjoying a drink and watching the world go by on our tMalecón many times.

Friendly staff, good cleaning service, yet no elevator, too loud location due to ocean, the pulmonary carts don't stop

I did not even stay at the hotel, I needed my aunt to stay with me and the fee was additional 119, I booked the palms for just 90 for both me and my aunt, I felt they were taking advantage of me because it was a last minute change

This is a good hotel right In front of the Malecón it's a few blocks away from the cathedral and the historical center. the staff is friendly and check in is simple and easy. This hotel is in older so its nothing fancy but its kept up well. Its good for the price and the ocean view.

La vista es espectacular

Las habitaciones tienen muy mala limpieza y tenían animales como hormigas que picaban , pero todo lo demás excelente , el personal muy amables y atento.

Room is very clean. No coffee pot which sucks because none of the coffee places is open till 7 AM.. the beds could use an upgrade and be softer however, the cost was effective so you just pick your battles. Room & location was wonderful. All the front desk staff was super rude. Pretty sure they don't like Americans. We're very stingy about pool towels and ran out even though hardly anyone was there as guests. They advertised hamburgers and other food EVERY DAY but it was never available. Besides that......we loved the charm of the open area bar and beach view and location! Super clean
