The onsite parking was super convenient, and we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants, shops, the Waikato Museum, and the Waikato riverwalk directly from the hotel. The staff were all helpful and kind. We didn't use the pool because we visited during the winter, but it looked like a great spot for warmer weather. The only downside for us was the volume of traffic into the night, as our room faced the Victoria Street intersection.

The accommodation was large and well appointed. Ideal for a large family. Opposite large supermarket and great location in town.

Heartland was central to everything we needed and wanted. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great customer service. Loved the buffet breakfast. Kids enjoyed the pool and spa. Can not fault anything.

Loved our stay there with myself hubby and 2 kids (7/9yr). Close to sadium is what we needed. So that was walking distance. Super clean and tidy with everything stocked up well. Would definitely stay there again! 😊

The hotel has lots of food options within walking distance. There was lots of beds and the rooms are spacious.

Great location. Heat pumps were amazing and kept the unit cosy. Appreciated having SKY tv and also loved the big thick white towels. Would definitely return

More of a motel with a hotel tower.

Overall a good hotel, but we could not get the air conditioning to work, it seemed to be pumping air into the bathroom, but I couldn't get it to warm the room. Bathroom plug was not working and I had to manually insert and remove it. Breakfast was very good, so kind of made up for the small inconveniences already mentioned. Overall a good place to stay.
