Room was clean, but we saw bugs. Trash was left under the sink.

Our toilet was stopped up and I had to get a plunger from the front desk and plung it myself. Oh, and after agreeing at check in not to smoke in the room, our room reeked of cigarette smoke. I’ll never stay with this chain again.

Outside needs cleaned up big time. Too many homeless hanging around the hotel. Just needed a room for the night with my dog so was perfect in that regards. I work in a hotel, there are small things that need worked on at this location. Also needs a better entrance/exit or a 2nd entrance/exit, can easily pass it and have to do a U-turn and come back and still pass it and do another U-turn.

Unsafe. Old and dirty.

The cleaning was not good, the previous renters eye drops were still in the fridge, bathroom trash was not removed. Bed was clean, bedding was low quality but function. It worked for what we needed but will not go out of my way to stay here again.

Dirty, smelled, the first room looked slept in already. The second room was better but the bed was hard and smelled.

Beds were really comfy. Needed a fresher smell to it . Breakfast was basic, grab and go.

On day 2 there was roaches in room I informed from desk and was asked if I was checking out. There nothing available anywhere even here. They did comp me for 1 night while on night 3 was awaken with a bug crawling on me. There was PetSmart when it said no pets and clearly a lot of smoking on premises. Parking was plenty but so many large pickup trucks and 4x4's spaces was tight but how do you know who is guest and not. No one knocked to clean room or make beds or even bring fresh towels until last day before check out. Definitely will not stay again ever.

Lacks cleanliness in common areas and the room. The floors were so dirty and my kids even found lumps of hair flying around in the room when we entered. Would suggest alternatives if they are better.

This hotel was pretty run down, red splater stains on the wall, bathroom door couldnt shut counter was broken, then outside homeless people everywhere, and groups of people standing around the cars smoking weed. We decided not to stay and just lose the money spent on the hotel.

Took us 1hr to check in, standing while waiting. Breakfast was instant grits - to go. No good

My problem: no hair dryer, no coffee pot and supplies, couldn’t get internet! I’ve never stayed in a hotel that did not have a hair dryer and coffee pot. Yes I know I could have called the front desk to get the coffee pot but, you have a studio kitchen! Why not have the coffee pot! And paper cups?

Hmm where do I start reservation cancelled at 430 am unbeknownst to me, so upon arrival I wasn’t able to check in. Hotel staff was very unhelpfu, didn’t even attempt to offer a solution. When I asked if I could just book directly, he attempted to charge me double the fee for a 1 night stay 114.99 plus 114.99 . The Hotels.com support was even worse also not offering a solution nor attempting to solve the problem but keep mentioning they could relate to my situation, that was laughable. It’s literally 430 in the morning, I’m 3 hours from home and stranded out a hotel . Be for real, and to this day they have still not followed up about this very recent incident. Shameful .
