Just your basic with some issues. Check in extremely stressful when required to give CC twice after my bank confirmed the 1st charge. Worked out in the end, but should have been more seamless. Also 1 elevator out the entire week. No evidence of any effort to get it back on line. Lobby area under renovation and fitness area closed. Would have liked this info up front. I was counting on fitness room. Refrigerator noise kept us awake the 1st night. Replaced and fine after that. Took 3 coffee makers to get 1 in room that worked.

The trash outside the door facing the highway was unsightly. And the door at the side wouldn’t open with my room card. Otherwise everything was good!

Needs to update rooms, I.e. Bathrooms

Decent hotel. One elevator is not working. There are a couple of women who work the front desk who are rude. I checked in over the phone and the woman who helped me had a terrible attitude. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Bad customer service. Another woman had a terrible attitude when I turned in some airpods I found sitting in the lobby. She just about didn't hold on to them... Really?!

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this Hampton Inn, as we were in town for a lacrosse event. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the ability to text a question, need and have someone respond quickly. The breakfast selection the second morning was excellent. We got down late on the first morning, so some items were out. Very convenient location as right off the expressway. We would stay here again if in the area.

The staff

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and responsive. Location was convenient for the activities planned that weekend. I deducted "stars" for the following: (1) Parking was limited as I think the hotel may have been sold out; (2) Only one of two elevators working; and (3) My bathroom wasn't fully cleaned when I checked in - tub wasn't scrubbed and it looked like the bath mat was used. Staff responded and sent someone up to take care of this.

I had a great front desk experience upon check-in and was grateful for the free breakfast, but the room felt damp and the carpet sticky/moist. The room overall did seem clean.

Easy to get to and close by many stores. The room is clean.

Nice hotel close to shopping and restaurants

We went to graduation at Villanova University this was close to school very convenient

Nothing negative to report. Very comfortable clean quiet. Convenient location.
