The unit was very clean however the building needed maintenance on the ceilings where the plaster/ Sheetrock was coming down.

Location was great. Close to the highway and all the atteactions. Only 20-30 minutes from the airport was very convenient.

The person that checked me in indicated the site was formerly a Candlewood and that Sonesta merely out their branding on the site but did not really adjust operations. I agree, whirl check in was friendly, my room was next to the hosuekeeping staff huddle area. The doors in the rooms are poor for soundprooofing so i woke up to loud talking each morning of the stay. Although this is an extneded stay hotel i wouldve expected some level of house keeping service, but never received any dueing a 4 day stay. There was no breakfast and the dishes in the room were minimal for copking. This by far is the worst Sonesta experience I've had. I do not recommend and will not return if I'm in the area again.

This place was fine for a quick one night stay. The place is old and dated but VERY clean. The room was a decent size, the AC worked great, fridge made ice, bathroom had great products. So all of the baseline amenities were fine. The hotel was just very outdated and dingy… not at all dirty… just old looking. Also, I was very disappointed that early check in was $15 extra. I get paying more if you check out late because you are holding up the cleaning staff and delaying the next persons check in but I just wanted to check in early to use the bathroom and the room was ready! Why charge? I asked if the fee could be waived as there was exactly 2 other cars in the lot besides me so I knew rooms were likely abundant but they couldn’t. Besides that, staff were not unfriendly, just not extra friendly either. Also noted that they are apparently pet friendly and had a dog mat with water in the entry which was a nice touch.

Clean and well-kept property with friendly and helpful staff. I recommend this stay for anyone (with or without your fur babies).

The first room had a bed where the top sheet was wrinkled and appeared to have been slept on recently. There was also salt spilled on table. I asked for another room that was better.

I liked how secluded the suites were if you wanted a small getaway to remove yourself from humanity for awhile.

Just an average place. The staff was loud. One of the ladies was quite upset and cussed a lot. I could hear her down the hallway.

I stepped in fresh dog urine. The room smelled like a pet lived there

Great location for an awesome price compared to others in the area. It’s a simple setup but bed was good, room was clean but I MUST shoutout to the best shower I may have ever had…lol. The pressure was amazing!!!
