Perfect central location. walking distance to almost every Highlight of downtown and Old town Montreal. Patient helpful staff!

We had a wonderful stay. Great hotel and great location. Check-in was extremely busy due to a particularly large group checking in and we were briefly concerned that check-in would be slow…HOWEVER, the staff handled it brilliantly and even upgraded our room as an apology (they upgraded us to a presidential suite, which more than exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t have been happier). We would in particular like to thank Joshua for such incredible customer service at check-in - the surprise upgrade made our whole trip to Montreal even more special.

Relevant information should be provided for Parking , rates as well as location. P3 parking elevator won't go to the 6th floor, so you need to switch elevator.

Room was a good size for three people. Staff was friendly. We had to put out luggage in storage the day we checked out. Was very convenient to pick up and take a cab in garage area.

Fast, easy check in, and they gave us a warm cookie. Very nice, spacious room. Friendly staff

Very good service just that when asked for a bottle of water- receptionist couldn't provide an extra one while room service was able to provide. At the end it was just a bottle of water.

Chambre spacieuse mais mon collegue a eu une chambre non nettoyé il a du changer, moi epine dans le pied et première fois que je fais la queu pour entrer au petit dej, comme a disney

Room was a little worn but housekeeping staff were very accommodating. Great location. Difficult to find the front door and maze of elevators.

Shopping

It is Conveniently located just next St Catherine Street. There is indoor shopping & food court right on the lower level of the hotel. The food at the hotel restaurant was good. Staff were very friendly & address request promptly.
