It was very nice and the room was a great size. When we went the pool and hot tub were out of service but otherwise everything else was good and the staff were super helpful

This was our first time here. We stayed for a week. What a beautiful hotel! The staff was amazing, so helpful, kind, and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was cleaned daily. We ordered room service once and the food was delicious. Prime location in the city. Close walking distance to many places. Wonderful stay!

Our stay at the Omni Montreal was a great experience. From the valet to the housekeeping staff to the bartenders and reception desk, every staff member was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was conveniently located to a Metro station so we could get around the wonderful city of Montreal easily. The 'house-pour' champagne was excellent, although I missed getting the name. The hotel was very well maintained and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Very nice hotel. The bathtub had some chips in it and could use a replacement but otherwise it was comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptional.

Location convenience, no parking in building but there is nearby. Room clean, ipod docking (if you have 2008 version ipod).

First off, I would like to say montreal is a beautiful city and your staff made our stay wonderful. Our room was great, we had a nice view and it was clean. Your front door man, Rui, was fantastic! He recommended alot of different things for us to see and do, as well as the many fine restaurants near by. He was truly A class. I would definitely stay at your hotel again, and I look forward to my next visit. Merci.

The hotel staff were wonderful, and very helpful. The only comment I have is the hotel is a bit dated, but I was informed that they are currently under new ownership and that major renovations are taking place.

Generously sized rooms in a very convenient location. The gym facilities are well above average with many strength machines and free weights. No pool at the moment. The hotel is a bit dated but we hear a renovation is likely coming - that will no doubt bring the room rates up a bit.

The hotel was excellent. I especially liked its location, as it was within walking distance of Mount Royal Park. The room was also spacious and comfortable.

Great staff! Everyone was kind and helpful and even gave us an umbrella. Hotel is close by some really good restaurants.
