Very welcoming staff. We had my sister's birthday at the hotel restraunt and it was a great experiance, the service was very nice and it went even better than planned. The staff were generous and delivered a beautiful cake to our room.Very clean room and gorgeous furniture. Overall we had great experiance. Luxurious hotel with a warm homey feel❤️

The front desk service was excellent. They should get a raise. The front door fell captain and people at the front door were amazing. They help us out Immensely and getting taxis

I love this hotel, it is 5 star because of the service you recieve, food excellent & scrupulously clean. My only minnor gripe - would have been nice if front desk asked me if I enjoyed my stay. Otherwise this is a little peace of heaven in Rome. Stongly recommended the Adele bar, located in their sister hotel, for a truely amazing experience.

Fantastic pool in hot weather. Everyone was helpful. Food was excellent. A bit of a hike to sites but it was 40 degrees Celsius when we were there which made long walks a challenge.

Todo genial salvo el incidente sufrido por un conato de incendio en el que fuimos desalojados a la una de la madrugada, no se escucho la alarma de incendios dentro de la habitación y gracias a que nos despertaron nuestros familiares y pudimos abandonar el hotel. Todo se restableció a la hora y media cuando los bomberos lo resolvieron favorablemente.

The decoration was beautiful the place overall was very nice. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the food not to many options.

Beautiful facility that is near to the park and other sites; we wished for 24-hour coffee service since we arrived very jet-lagged, but there is none until 6:30 in the morning and no coffeemakers in the room. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom tissue was scratchy. Very nice people there.
