Beautiful grounds, nice room, but beds seem a bit worn out. Customer service just ok. Wait staff lackluster.

The check in was really good and the ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned and the hotel staff was very professional and friendly! i really like the hotel decor and activities!

The hotel is dated, it definitely needs major upgrade, the shower bath takes so much time draining water and there is no exhaust in the restroom. The pool is alright it’s decent and there’s a lot of activities to do. Our room was dusty and rusty i think i was better off at a 2 star hotel.

Always enjoy my stays at Moody Garden... This trip had a few gliches in the room, ie: black out curtain waa broken, bathroom door knob broke and had to have maintenance get my grandson our of the room, a/c had to be qorkes on and door to balcony lock stuck and couldn't get it open...

It offers less than what it should

Even with kids there it was pretty quiet. Also this is more like a resort than a hotel. It has a water park, aquarium and other attractiona on site including an ice cream parlor

This was our first time at the property, the person who did the gave minimal info about the hotels or at least guidance about the location of the elevators, I had to ask and her response was short

Small pool, awkward public area layout but nice stay
