Reception staff were amazing so helpful. Room was lovely and comfortable.

Location was excellent right in the heart of Bruges. Room was first class, clean spacious and very comfortable. Fantastic view over the square. Staff encountered were all helpful and polite. One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Great job.

Sejour bien placé sur la place ,dommage notre chambre donner dans la rue derrière super passante ,dont bus voiture velo sur pavés c'étaient super bruyant le soir .sinon petit fruit et eau de bienvenue dans le frigo.

Lovely place to stay for a short break. Right in the centre of everything you’d like to see in Bruges. Added bonus of the ruins of a cathedral (St Donas) in the basement, which was just amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff - would definately stay here again and would recommend to others.

Very good

This hotel is in a great location overlooking a square that is adjacent to the main market square. Anything you might want to visit in Brugge is a few minutes walk away. The hotel also has its own underground car park. You have to pay to use the car park, but it is convenient and safe.

Great hotel in a great location

Do yourselves a favor and book this hotel ASAP! It was by far the best hotel we stayed in our EuroTrip! Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! The room was incredible spacious! Llocation was great (steps away from main-square) and don´t even get me started on breakfast! I´d definetely return to this hotel. Thank you for making our vacation, a memorable one.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were excellent and the facilities and breakfast were very good. The only downside was that our room was near to the pool which was a little noisy at times.

Lovely hotel! Spacious room, comfy beds, staff very friendly (especially the breakfast team). Great location, swimming pool is a big bonus if travelling with kids! Can’t fault it at all, would definitely stay again if visiting!

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The location was great for exploring Bruges. The parking was expensive as charged by 24 hours so it cost us 60 euros for just over one lot of 24 hours. The pool was small but was clean. There was quite a lot of noise from the side road which our room overlooked - a view of the square would’ve been nice. All in all it was a good hotel
