Can not fault this hotel at all, bedding and towels changed ever day even though I requested that every other day would have been good, air con 24/7 which was a blessing due to the heat we had, would 100% return on our next visit to Bruges

Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Restaurant hele dag geopend. Betere centrale ligging bestaat niet. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ondergrondse parking. Weinig geluidshinder ondanks rockfestival op het plein ernaast. Het kleine zwembad en de eenvoudige fitnessruimte zijn nog meer troeven die dit hotel een aanrader maken!

What a brilliant hotel and location in brugges. The staff on reception were always happy and went over and beyond anytime you asked something. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice terrace bar. Amazing market in the burg on Wednesday morning. Highly recommend this lovely hotel

Fantastiskt läge mitt i centrum! Så trevlig och informativ personal i receptionen och på restaurangen. Fick jättebra tips om vad man skulle se och vilka restauranger som var värda att besöka. Stor härlig lobby och lättåtkomliga hissar. Rymligt och fräscht rum med soffa och bord. Helfräscht och stort badrum med duschtvål, schampo och balsam. Fantastisk frukost som jag rekommenderar gäster att betala för att få. Allt finns! Det går att sitta både inne och ute och äta. Parkering finns i garaget under hotellet. Det kostar så klart att stå där, men det gör det ju på alla parkeringar. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera det här hotellet till andra.

Mycket bra hotell mitt i centrala delen av Bryssels historiska centrum. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam på alla sätt. Rekommenderar detta prisvärda och toppenbra hotell.

This is a wonderful place to enjoy being near for Bruges and enjoying outdoor. Elisabette was quite helpful with our questions. The coffee before our breakfast was delicious. If you want to go to the church….go early. It lets you see the place you want to go to. Beer is certainly fun along with chocolate and mussels. Oh…go for that canal!!!

Wonderful location. The dining area looked out directly on to beautiful square. Staff were delightful and always helpful. Breakfast offered a fabulous choice of great food. Bedroom was well appointed. Lots of wardrobe space, well soundproofed room with very comfortable bed and bathroom was clean, modern with a good shower and toiletries were supplied. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bruges.

Since we got to the hotel the staff was amazing! The location right on the Platz, so great! The breakfast with a variety of things to choose, rooms spacious and clean! Would return for sure .

Perfect location. Right in the center of town

Room was generous in size, and a great swimming pool. Well stocked hotel bar and hearty breakfast available. 1 minute walk to everything in the centre of Bruges. Would definitely visit again.

Disappointed with the twin room layout. Beds were touching so it was effectively a king bed instead of two separate beds. Not fit for that specific purpose. More thought should go into the room layout. I would have expected better for a hotel of this calibre and price point. No solution presented at the time and no manager on site. Other than that, a good hotel.
