Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were updated nicely, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was great. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool, which did not dissapoint. The pool room is kept very warm and the pool is the temperature of a nice bath. We were all able to easily enter the pool and stay for a long period in addition to the bubbling feature and emptying water buckets for our son. The only downfalls were the odour (possibly from the pool) in the entrance when we checked in and the hotel entry and halls could use some updates. Will definitely stay there again when travelling with the kids!

Typical airport hotel. Looks like a decent restaurant downstairs. close to a gas station if you rented a car. No major complaints. Fridge was set to the warmest setting, one lamp didn't have a dial to turn it on (broken). All things considered it is clean and quiet! No hot tub sadly.

I thought it had a continental breakfast, but it didn’t… snacks were really expensive

Great room located quite close to the airport. Option was available for a late check out of 4pm for an extra charge of 70 Canadian dollars which i thought was reasonable and ideal as my flight back wasnt until 10.30pm

The room was not ready even when we arrived at 2 am. The door lock was faulty. It to another 30 mins to be fixed. The room wasn't clean. The sheets needed to be changed. The overall quality was not that great at all.

Overall it is a good hotel. Nothing to complain.

No shuttle service. They bill this as an airport hotel but no shuttle service.

Staff is very helpful and the rooms are decent. We stayed for 3 nights and it was comfortable in the price range.

Not what they said in the beginning about the area nothing but industry estates 1 restaurant for miles

I never actually stayed at the property I showed up to check in. When I arrived, the police were in the parking lot. They told me they could only check me in at 3 o’clock after booking on trivago so I cancelled my reservation online. They still charged me for the day. Check back into my other hotel and paid again. Will never attempt to stay at this hotel ever again.

The staffs were extremely nice stayed for 3 nights felt very safe and relaxed.
