It was quiet and in good location

J'ai été surpris de constater qu'une caution de 100 € était demandée en arrivant comme garantie de ne pas fumer dans la chambre. Et surtout en carte bancaire ! J'espère que le remboursement sera rapide !

Rummet var inte ordentligt städat. Väldigt dammigt på vissa ytor. Handtvål saknades på toaletten. Jag påtalade bristen på handtvål till en person i personalen men problemet åtgärdades inte. Jag fick använda egen medhavd handtvål. Möjligheten att casta eller använda streamingtjänster på tvn fungerade inte. Stor parkering för både små och stora fordon. Frukosten var okej. Bra med kyl på rummet.

Paris Saclay was good value for money on the outskirts of Paris. We had a car and so needed parking, which was free. The room was clean, and available facilities were standard, just as you would expect. We chose this hotel to be close to Versailles, which we were to visit the next day; it was easy to find. Across the road was a good Italian restaurant, as the hotel restaurant was catering for another function. We stayed two nights and the pizza at the bar was very nice too.

The worst experience ever! The only positive experience was the receptionist who checked me in and two cleaners who were happy to carry out their duties. The other staff including the manager were completely unhelpful and dismissive to a large extent. I got a 50% refund because the condition of my room was terrible. The air conditioning was not working and they kept lying to me that a technician was due to resolve the issue. I spent five nights and no technician turned up. At a stage I had to change my room ,but quickly realised that the air conditioning was also not working in the room. The humidity in the room exacerbated my medical conditions and this was communicated to the manager via email. I could hardly sleep for three consecutive nights due to excessive heat, I requested for a fan and a male receptionist offered me a heavily dusty fan with cobwebs on it which I had to clean myself!!! The hair dryer in my room , and the sauna were not working.. This hotel standard shouldn’t be a four star. The rooms need to be refurbished. Overall, my experience was very unpleasant!!! Nothing close to the experience that I had anticipated. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. This is yet my worst experience in a hotel whist on holiday.

Accueil correct, juste un peu d’attente. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Parking sécurisé, mais un peu éloigné.

C’était très bien j’ai trop aimé

The Staff was great. The room was not. The TV did not work. Tried everything but it wouldn’t let me connect to the Internet or broadcast from my phone. The first day, my towel smelled like vinegar, the second day my towel had stains on them. The room was also really really warm and I always had to play around with the thermostat. The phones in the room did not seem to work properly. Multiple times I called the front desk and it will ring and the one time they picked up they couldn’t hear me and kept saying “hello, hello” and you can’t say it’s because of language barrier because I speak French. The “restaurant” options were quite limited for dinner. I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t speak on that. With that said, the staff was nice but the hotel could’ve been better.

Confortable avec quelques signes de vieillissements. Secteur calme.

Nice remote Location

Room was clean and comfortable, only got to see two staff members and they were great. Pretty quiet hotel, private parking.
