Its looked nice but they were roaches on the room and bathroom we saw them at night.

Great hotel for families, very nice playground and Lydgate pool being so close by, the convenience was worth it!

Great location and service was excellent. However, not very relaxing for adults at night when there are children going crazy in the pool and jacuzzi at 9-10pm at night.

I liked the convience of the tiki hut and the food was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was not clean. Hair and dirt was still in the bathroom and our ac condensation line was leaking. The carpet around the unit was wet and there was black mold in the carpet surrounding the unit.

Bree was excellant when I called to inform the hotel that we missed our flight and would be a day late. She was also very helpful on check-in the following day. The food at the Grille and Tiki Bar was excellant. Staff in general was very friendly and helpful. The staff did an excellant job of making us feel safe, during the tsunami warnings. The Grille staff did an excellant job of adapting and being able to provide food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice views! Place is a little out dated but nice location. Pool towels are hard to come by and hot tub not working.

We wanted to watch karaoke, and was told we would have to buy a drink in the bar to watch. We felt, since we were guests we should be able to watch without purchasing a drink.

There are roaches, ocean view photos on Expedia exist only in certain section of the hotel.

I paid double for resort fee. I looked at my receipt with Expedia the resort fee charge me $100 plus when I got to the Hilton Hotel Kauai Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay, HI 3-5920 Kuhio Hwy, Lihue, HI, 96746 United. I was asked to pay another $100 resort fee which we did not even use and did not receive any flask water bottle as suggested, and classses that did not even attend and other stuff that comes with it like biking which we don’t bike. The receptionist forced us to pay for these fees we did not use only beach towels for 1-2 days.

Front staff was super helpful and accommodating. Lots of cute events happening in the main lobby. Beach easily accessible!

Great stay, very accommodating staff.

Did not get room I booked on both nights very very disappointed. Single person assigned room with 2 queen beds when I booked a king bed Jr suite. Not satisfied very disappointed

The air conditioning smell funny like there was mold. Being that I check in at 4 o’clock, no matter what they did not accommodate me to have any type of late check out, checkout time was at 11 o’clock.
