Room was dirty, bathroom door didn’t close, elevators took a long time to reach floor, Some of the staff was nice. Room didn’t have a microwave, I asked an employee if it was possible to use one to reheat some food and was told I had to pay $5 to use the microwave. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The elevators are the worse. Only one of three was working. One was reserved for maintenance! Insane!

Beat the heck out of sleeping in my husband’s hospital room!

Good service, except the parking space limited. Paid for parking for 25$ but cannot find a spot when came back late

The primary issue was the limited availability of functional elevators, resulting in a protracted and arduous journey to the accommodation.

Had a comfortable stay at the establishment. Clean, well efficient and very well maintained.

Truck was stolen by an obvious "known" theft ring and basically told "it's gone". Hotel never even offered to help, assist, or even acknowledge the incident. Police just wrote it off. Will NEVER stay in this area again. Very sad that we were there for my15 year old grandson's vancer treatment.

Clean and good access to MD Anderson. Shuttle service every hour is very punctual.

I was locked out of my room and unable to regain access for the entire night. As a result, I was left without a change of clothes or undergarments, had no access to my essential medications, and went without food for the duration of the evening. This experience was not only highly inconvenient, but also distressing and unacceptable—especially considering the basic expectations of comfort, safety, and well-being during a stay.

Stayed in a requested handicap suite the last two days. Then hospital stay of our family member was extended. We added to our stay in this hotel. Then, front desk clerk woke us up knocking at 10:25 pm tonight. Asked me to wait a minute at the door. He didn’t return. I looked down the hall and saw him enter another room. He later called and asked me to come to the front desk. I changed clothes and went to the front desk. We had re-checked-in earlier today and received keys to this smaller room. Deskman said we shouldn’t be in that room, but reissued me keys to the same room. I showed him the Expedia confirmation # and he said it wasn’t their “system”. He promised an undisclosed lower room rate in the morning. I expressed concern over our car parking reservation made with the earlier check-in today. He said he would comp that on yet another “system”. Very disappointing experience during a very stressful family health crisis. Not an effective procedure between Expedia and doubletree. Not a good experience.

Good stay convenient location for Md Anderson. Couple things it didn’t have anything in gift shop we wanted a couple of Cokes and some Advil and they had none and none at desk. Also for what charge water in room sb free. Gym is great staff very nice bed comfy and room clean.
