From check-in to check-out it was terrible. First room the door wouldn't even open. Front desk changed rooms. The new room had hair and dirt all over the beds, people were smoking in their rooms, and the towels still had snot from god knows when on them. They allowed homeless people to walk the halls with a random room key and try to open doors to paying guests.

MY ROOM HAD TWO DOORS AND ONE HAD A BROK.N SECURITY LOCK?? THE JACUZI WAS VERY NICE, BUT THE TV IN THE BEDROOM WAS BROKEN AND NEVER WORKED DUING MY STAY. THE BREAKFAST WAS TOO LATE, VERY POOR FOOD TOO. ONLY ONE MAN WAS DOOING ALL OF THE PREPARATIONS AND IT WAS TOO MUCH , HE NEEDS SOME HELP, AND BETTER FOODS AND WHOLE MILK TOO. THE PEANUT BUTTER IS SO OLD IT HAS OIL FLOATING ON TOP OF IT, AND THE JELLIES CAME I=OVER ON THE MAYFLOWER ??THE ROOM I SCHEDULED WAS NOT AVAILABLR NEITHER WAS THE TWO PERSON HOT TUB, SO THAY CHANGED IT TO ONE WITH A JICUZI WITH A QUEEN BED INSTEAD OF THE KING BED I WANTED. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE !!!!

Nice and cozy

Staff was very nice, room was spotless. This was my 3rd stay at comfort it. I will continue to come here when I'm visiting my family.

It was an awful experience. The first 2 nights I stayed in 324 and my room keys would randomly stop working. In one particular instance I waited for almost an hr trying to get new keys made. There was a sign that said for help use the phone at the end of counter. I made the phone ring non stop for like an hr. My girl friend asked me to book again because it’s very convenient for her to commute too so I did. We get room 427 and the room was very cold and when I used the bathroom the toilet didn’t work and the shower ran brown. We changed rooms to 429 it also was very cold and the shower water was brown. I was very disappointed

Unsupervised young 4~6 year old . Knocking on doors and unsupervised.

No microwave or refrigerator and my toilet keeps running

Rooms were comfortable, but definitely dated. The rooms looked very tired, could be freshened up a bit.

It was a great last minute find and the people working there were so helpful. The Jacuzzi jet tub was absolutely wonderful. The room was super clean.

Wanted to use jacuzzi in the room it was running dirty water with black stuff coming out

Lied about pool and spa. Pool empty. No spa or hot tub at all. I called and verified about pool and mobility room. No pool and a tub. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.

No signage. Staff took awhile to appear... pool was not in service, nothing said about this, property chosen for this reason...

Staff is always friendly and rooms are clean.

I really wanted to swim. The pool was closed the whole stay.

No roo. Service despite huge price increase. COVID is passed. Room not cleaned and very limited staff around. Frint desk unattended a lot

Property is in desperate need of renovations and there was an unpleasant smell in the room.

Hard to find staff at front; always had to call. Staff always outside but were nice to deal with even though no identifier or uniform to discern that they worked there. Breakfast in morning was all but empty for food at 8:30-9:00 am; there was no coffee and the decaf available was cold. Tables were dirty and again no staff around. It would be incredibly easy to enter this hotel without anyone knowing
