Beds/mattresses are more comfortable than any hotel we've stayed in previously. The linen service was excellent as well as the bathroom supplies (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash). Very good quality. Breakfast was delicious and great variety. This hotel is in near new condition and was a very pleasant stay.

Great place

This is a nice fairly new motel. The only issue we saw was the difference in the floor level between the bathroom and foyer. There is a sloping dip that can catch you unawares. For those of you that hate motel coffee makers, we were pleased to find a Keurig coffee maker in the room.

The hotel only has one elevator. The walls were extremely thin. I could hear my neighbors on both sides. When the person above me would walk around I heard every step. I was woken at 3:30 to an employee vacuuming the hall way. Employee said it was a requirement and they could not stop.

Staff were always friendly and efficient. Beds were comfortable. All of my family members enjoyed the biscuits and gravy at breakfast. Appreciated the Dove toiletry products. The hotel seemed well sound proofed. My room was quiet.

I have stayed here many times but this past two day stay was not good. My window shade was broken and I notified Caleb at the front desk and he said that he would notify maintenance and it would be fixed the next day...didn't happen. The room was dark and it was gloomy.There were two of us staying in the room , one of which has a mobility issue. There was only one desk chair in the room and I asked to have another since were eating in for the night and I didn't want to sit on the bed to eat Mexican Food from next door. Caleb looked at me like I just spoke to him in Chinese. He said he would try to find something and arrive at my door reasonably in time with a wheelchair. I said let me try to make this work. Caleb was very nice but it was an odd chair. One final point the floor into the bathroom from the hall is uneven and I tripped on it at least twice

Nice secluded location in the Hickory area. Travelled with my son for the weekend for a tournament being held at the convention center. The suite was larger than expected and priced very well given the proximity to the convention center(about 10 min drive) during a weekend that multiple events were running. The complimentary breakfast was better than many hotels I’ve stayed included a selection of several hot options, on demand pancakes and the standard cold/dry food breakfast fare. Nearby dining/convience shopping was a bit limited but within a 5-10 drive there was whatever you would need. Well worth the couple extra minutes to save 100$ per night for nicer more roomy accommodations.
