Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Holiday Inn Express GREENVILLE, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is under renovations (not advertised when booking) so it was a mess. We booked a double room and got a king. First night we had an ice cold shower. When I brought this to front desk attention they just said “oh yeah due to the renovations you might have to run the water for 10-15 minutes first”. We did get changed to a different room the second night and that shower didn’t drain. We were right across from the elevator and woken due to the constant noise. Front desk offered me IHG points (not interested). I almost always stay at a Holiday Inn Express and this was the worst one.

Wasnt notified anywhere on the site or Expedia that this hotel is under constriction. The toilet was broken, the phone dodnt work and the door was broken and open when I arrived. Front desk and manager stated they would move me to another room when o came back from my conference. No one passed on the information to the next shift. The next shift was barely able to find me another room. In the end, they did comp me for the second night.

Everything was great. The hotel was under construction and we didn’t know about that, but other than that, everything was great.

thIs property was under construction and I did not know until I check in was trying to relax on a Saturday before I had to leave out and the drill and the noise from the construction drown out the television not to mention they put us on the same floor as the people doing construction alse their was only one elevator working

Although they were doing construction, it was still a great stay. Our room 308 was one of the newly renovated ones. Super spacious and clean! Beds were new and comfortable. As soon as you walk in they greet you and the lobby smelled really good. We did have a little trouble with the room door and another guest but it was addressed quickly and respectfully. We came to visit family for the weekend and look forward to staying again. Also the manager Ebony was great!

Renovations were being done so it was in a little disarray. Bed slept very good and the room was clean. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The hotel is currently under heavy heavy heavy renovations. When we checked in, we were warned that we may or may not have warm water. It just would have been nice to know ahead of time. Or to have a discount on the room fee to compensate for what felt like sleeping in a construction site. Our beds were clean and cozy but there were lots of long hairs all over the bathroom floor and toilet and sink. The staff were kind and attentive but limited in what they could do to make it right.

No Hot Water! I had booked this property for a number of days, understanding that it is under renovation. I didn’t expect that there would be no hot water for my entire stay. Half of hotel without hot water. I ended up staying one night. The new room was excellent. The staff was excellent. Great location. Management should not be booking rooms without hot water. Especially when there were senior citizens in my party of multiple rooms. I expect better from the Holiday Inn Brand. Will stay with them again once renovations are completed.

Property under rennovation and should not have been open for guests. Hotel staff managing the best they could but were struggling. Good side. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choices and well prepared.

This hotel has excellent staff! Special shout-out to Dee-Dee who was so helpful and friendly, The hotel is undergoing renovations and the water was not hot for showers. However,the location is good and very safe area, There are workmen there early in the morning and the renovations go until March. Professional staff at desk and in the other areas;very courteous.

I made the reservation through Hotels.com which I frequently use. There was no mention of the major construction that was underway at this Hotel. The staff did everything they could to help but the Hotel was noisy and we we had to move rooms. The construction crews apparently shut off the hot water etc. Overall Holiday Inn Express's are good and this one likely will be after the interior remodel is done.

The property was being worked on and the noise was frustrating. It didn't last long but it was frustrating. The bathtub was clogged or just running slow when I showered.

They are renovating and didn't disclose this to me prior. The were chunks of construction debris and dust /dirt all over the floor right in front of my door and the hallway and elevator. After 2 days and nights they finally vacuumed and it still had a bunch of debris. I think I was the only person on that floor. Lol. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. I wouldn't have stayed in the mess if I had known but it was late when I checked in after driving all day so I just dealt with it. Also they're were drips on the ceiling in the lobby with a bucket on the floor catching the water. The place definitely has some issues.
