Everything was nice, it just wasn’t clean. Hair in the restroom and stains on the carpet

Staff was great. Property was very clean. Room was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

The air conditioner would not change temperature. No matter what you put it on, the temperature never changed. Very noisy, paper thin walls. Kids running and yelling and banging on doors for hours. We did try to address all of this with corporate and were told we would receive a phone call, but never did. Just very disappointed overall.

We stayed here a few years ago and the property needed updated, which seems to have been done. The rooms had comfortable beds and ample device plug-ins, both were severely lacking at our last visit. The breakfast was great, except for the lack of any fruits. I wish they would have updated the floors to non-carpet and installed grab bars for safer showers.

The hotel itself was great. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The only reason it’s not a 5 start review is because the Parking situation was not good. You have to park and walk and there’s no view of the parking lot from the rooms.

The staff was lovely but the rest of the hotel was a mess. The breakfast was horrible. We didn’t even eat it, it was so undesirable. Walked into my room for the first time and trash was on the floor. The room size is great and the staff was lovely but the details in the hotel are a train wreck. Trash all over outside and construction work started at 8AM with no warning. I will never stay here again sadly but the staff was so nice. Need better management for the clean up crew.
