Quiet, clean, relaxing - trifecta of a good nights rest. Kids played in the pool while I was able to unwind before bed.

Exceeded expectations

Professional and caring staff, from the front desk host to the breakfast buffet. Very comfortable bed and room, everything was clean. Hotel is located near a busy intersection by the freeway, so we heard a few loud train whistles and emergency vehicles but the bed was so comfortable we fell right back asleep!

Very nice, only thing was no fan in the bathroom.

Great overnight stop with our dogs. Cute little doggie welcome gift was a nice touch!

The shower water as never even warm. Luke warm at best but even that turned cold quickly. Otherwise everything else was okay.

We had a one bedroom unit and there was plenty of room with the 2 queen beds and the pull out couch. Had a great stay and great shopping in Spokane.

We were mostly happy with our stay. The main disappointment was that we were there from Thursday to Monday and we didn’t get housekeeping once. We had to request for our garbage to be emptied and our towels refreshed. I was very surprised by that. The front desk staff were great. The breakfast was quite good for a hotel breakfast and the ladies kept the feed well stocked.

Only complaint is that we requested that the room be cleaned every day and it was never cleaned! We even followed up with the front desk and they assured us it would be done but…. Also our room was very noisy. Very close to freeway

Staff is friendly, location is easy to find, your bed and pillows are the best, the sheets and blankets did have some staining

Hotel is beautiful and very clean. The only thing they can do better is tell you during check in that you have to request housekeeping to even get towels each day.
